Amazing staff really helpful and accommodating! Good value for money if booked last minute. Yes the rooms are outdated however this resince is perfect if you’re planning to be out all day anyway

Shower had schockingly no pressure

The room was really big and clean. The beds were also super comfortable.

The breakfast was just a menu of mainly sandwiches.

The location is very convenient...few blocks from patagon beach. Quiet neighborhood. The breakfast is good you have several options to choose. The staff is helpful.

Room was large and all the facilities worked well Shower was hot, which is hard to find in Thailand so that's really good. Bed was comfortable and the balcony was big aswell, would definitely come back again. Breakfast was basic but that's ok Staff were wonderful Room decor was a little old BUT everything was in working order and I really can't complain about the room at all. Who cares if the colour scheme was a bit 1990's, upon first arriving I wasnt expecting much but I was surprised Very happy

Balcony had to endure full sun everyday so after 8am if was almost unbearable during the day But that's only really picking if I have too Balcony was a good size and didn't have a insect problem at all.

Should add a bar of soap to the provided toiletries to keep at the sink for easy hand washing. Could use a few more clothes hangers or places to dry wet clothes from the beach

- Excellent location - walking distance to the centre, restaurants, shops, & all the action - Facilities at par with a basic 4 star hotel - Fully equipped - Room decor was aesthetically pleasing - Spotlessly clean (we had two rooms & both were impeccably clean) - Peaceful (at least on our side of the building - no complaints there) - Friendly, responsive & efficient staff

Nothing much, but there certainly are some opportunity areas: - It was overpriced for Phuket/Thailand quite possibly due to peak tourist season & while this was expected, there were worse properties priced higher on this platform.. So I'm rather glad I picked this one.. - The AC units need to be upgraded at the earliest; they're noisy & it was hardly working in one of the two rooms.. I wonder what would happen during peak summer if it's like this in January - I don't know if it's a cultural thing, but there was no hand wash at the sink (wash basin).. There was plenty of shower gel/shampoo & conditioner in the shower area, but both bottles said "shampoo".. Didn't affect me much as we had our own toiletries.. But this is something that could be addressed..

We really enjoyed our stay in Nanai 2, we stayed 10 days. The staff is very friendly and helped us with the motorbike (price is very fair), Pohn the big tall guy at the reception, is kind and funny! Room extremely clean, with an amazing big double bed (we had the deluxe room) and plenty of space for luggage ecc + balcony. Excellent shower pressure. Not far from the center and the beach, around 15 minutes walking, no noise at all during the night. Really recommended! Thank you!

The pillow case and the duvet cover are made of "silk," so nice on the touch! I will give 5 stars for this bit! The reception lady, when I checked in, was very nice and helpful. I could not be more greatfull! The hotel is a way from the hustle and bustle, and you can have a good night sleep.

Location - to get to the main road and Patong beach, you had to go through small alleys, and it was a bit scary at night as a single lady. The reception area, bar, and breakfast area are open, with no windows, therefore no air con.
