the staff was very friendly and tried to help us much as possible in case of any issues every day 2 bottles of 500ml water free beach towels at reception rooftop swimming pool with sunbeds at reception offerings of nice trips with very competitive price and discounts (James Bond Island, Koh Phi Phi - Maya Beach....) no problem to have adhoc guest I like the the hard matrass on bed (but for somebody it could be too hard)

Booking.com offered free breakfest in Genius 2 program but breakfest in hotel is currently only instant coffee or black tea and 2 kinds of cookies (but it was after escalation compensated by Booking.com) originally via booking.com messaging promised to have late check-out at 4pm without problem but at last only till 2pm allowed (but it was for free without any extra charge thus still much appreciated)

Its location is good 5 minutes to the shopping and load of places to eat also the street food,markets all close by The staff are very friendly and more than helpful

Like anywhere in the city it get busy and noisy but that's to be expected

The location was great. Really close to the shopping mall, Big C, 7 eleven and fresh market. It is walking distance from Bangla street and the beach but far enough not to hear the night club noise. The street food in front of the fresh market at night are really good and cheap. The AC works well and doesn’t make any noise. Staffs were super friendly.

The walls are thin and you can hear the people in the room next door. The pool is smaller than it seems. Lots of noise when there’s a boxing event but it stops around 11pm, so it’s you don’t sleep before that, it’s fine. The water in the shower does not drain well. The bed was quite hard, as most places in Thailand.

Very friendly and helpful staffs and boss, reasonable price, good location, booked 2 nights but extended 5 nights more, definitely will stay again if traveling in patong next time

The room is very clean and the staff are helpful. The hotel has very good and strategic location in the middle of patong. Hotel is next to soi sansabai and 5 minutes walk to soi bangla patong beach . It is also near to banzaan market and boxing stadium. My room has a good mountain view and city view. The hotel also has very good facilities restaurant and rooftop swimming pool. Overall the stay here is fantastic and the hotel rate is very reasonable. Will come back to this hotel again.

Cleaness of the room. Staff at reception were very kind and helpfull ( Cindy and Meaw ) The place is near everything. Swimming pool at roof with a view to the mountain. Also good price.

it is a small hotel with no facility other than swimming pool. But for the price and location we don't have an issue. Soundproof is poor.
