The property itself was great, Clean and comfortable. It doesn’t have a Main big board in-front of the building, I guess due to construction of building going on besides it. But they have bike rental business too downstairs. The receptionists were lovely and always smiling. The rooms were clean. Daily water bottles. Good AC. I had to turned it off most of the time. My room was on third floor which doesn’t have any view except the other building but it was good to sit there in balcony or stand there for a while. Towels and bathrooms were clean. Bedsheets were clean too. There was a bit of noise due to construction near by, which was not a problem for me. Never had any problems with my stay. There is a breakfast buffet everyday besides them. I booked my Phi Phi islands tour with them on the most cheapest rates of entire Phuket.

Our room had a large balcony with a street view which we liked, its a busy area with lots of life going on, great location for restaurants, bars, 7 eleven, junceylong shopping centre and a 10 minute walk to beach and bangla road. Location not too noisy when you want to sleep. The staff were lovely, rooms cleaned daily with coffee and water provided daily. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Tours and onward travel easily arranged by a lovely lady at the entrance aswell. Excellent value for money and the hotel is safe and secure with card entry for guests only.

We have no complaints

The rooms were absolutely amazing for the price ! A lot of space, big comfortable bed, big windows, a mirror, a freezer, free water and your own bathroom was much more then I expected for a budget room. The location was great. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to a shopping mall with lots of food options and about 3minutes to the next 7/11. The staff was nice and considerate.

There was a construction zone right next to my window. Luckily the only worked from 1pm to 5pm but it was impossible to be in the room at that time. Also I wish there would be hairdryer at the bathrooms here :(

Korya and Thiri are amazing. Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially loved the cozy bed and the modern bathroom. The location is perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would definitely come back again!

building work going on next door from 8am until 6pm sometimes later but i was hardly ever in my room during day so did not effect my experience

I had a lovely stay! Definitely a good value for money. The location was great, room was super clean and place is generally quiet. I was alone and there for 1 night so safety was big for me and I must say I felt more than safe. Chalita house is doing a good job with all the basics you would need from a place you’re staying at in terms of the room. I was so unsure at first but pleasantly surprised

My room was in the 5th floor so getting up was a hassle, that’s the only thing I did not enjoy

Gorgeous Room very clean, comfortable beds, good shower and air conditioning. Staff were very nice. Hotel locked and seemed very secure.

The wardrobe in our room was smashed and had no door which gave the room a weird vibe. Also a 20 min walk to the main walking street of patong but only a 12-13 min to the beach and it is a pleasant walk

The room was very clean and the staff is very helpful too.

The elevator is missing, so I have to take the luggage up to the 5th floor by ourselves. But the staff helped us too. At this price and with this kind of location it was not that big of a problem.

Nice place to stay for many days, good location. Good staffs. Everything was near like beach, shopping mall, convenience stores or even vegetarian food shops😊

There were some bugs and ants in the room.
