Our room had a large balcony with a street view which we liked, its a busy area with lots of life going on, great location for restaurants, bars, 7 eleven, junceylong shopping centre and a 10 minute walk to beach and bangla road. Location not too noisy when you want to sleep. The staff were lovely, rooms cleaned daily with coffee and water provided daily. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Tours and onward travel easily arranged by a lovely lady at the entrance aswell. Excellent value for money and the hotel is safe and secure with card entry for guests only.

I had a lovely stay! Definitely a good value for money. The location was great, room was super clean and place is generally quiet. I was alone and there for 1 night so safety was big for me and I must say I felt more than safe. Chalita house is doing a good job with all the basics you would need from a place you’re staying at in terms of the room. I was so unsure at first but pleasantly surprised

My room was in the 5th floor so getting up was a hassle, that’s the only thing I did not enjoy

Gorgeous Room very clean, comfortable beds, good shower and air conditioning. Staff were very nice. Hotel locked and seemed very secure.

The wardrobe in our room was smashed and had no door which gave the room a weird vibe. Also a 20 min walk to the main walking street of patong but only a 12-13 min to the beach and it is a pleasant walk

- very clean and comfortable, staff were very helpful and cleaned the room each day, did our laundry and provided bike rental - decent location, was about 10-15 minute walk to Bangla and Patong Beach - very good value for the price compared with other options in Patong (which is expensive compared to other areas in Thailand)

- very minor but we were on the 5th floor and the place did not have any stairs.

Nice place to stay for many days, good location. Good staffs. Everything was near like beach, shopping mall, convenience stores or even vegetarian food shops😊

There were some bugs and ants in the room.

Staff were lovely, house keeping and bottles of water everyday, basic and clean you get what you pay for - If you want to stay near Patong beach but away from the crazy night life to get some sleep then this is the perfect place

I liked the behavior of the staff they were very professional. Not a fancy hotel but let me tell you if you are traveling alone this hotel is a must booking very well put together.

my room was on the street side so there were a bit noisy coming from the street but this is patong

Lovely staff. Room big and clean and had a terrace. Air con good. Had somewhere to put our bags after check out. Place is also a bike rental although we didn't use this.

On one of top floors and no lift - not too bad though we were only there for 1 night.
