Great place to stay and had a great holiday and will definitely return, we had pool rooms so going out onto the pool from our terrace was great. The staff was very nice and a pleasure. Can’t fault the hotel it’s off all the main roads so quiet. Just need some new sun beds round the pool they are old and for not much investment would make a big difference. Thank you though had a great stay

When we got there we got told we had to pay 5% extra if paying by card which wasn’t our agreed fee with booking.com so you need to include this in what the actual cost of the room is as the amount to pay.

nice quiet, not at the beach. I did like the pool 24 h to be open, not too many rules if you behave a bit.

The hotel is located away from the hustle and noise of Patong centre, but only a short walk away. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and everything worked efficiently like the AC . The restaurant catered for all tastes and every meal was deliciously cooked by Nok. I believe the pool area to be the icing on the cake as children and adults alike enjoyed the sunshine in a relaxing environment.

Beds slightly on the firm side, though otherwise nothing to dislike. At present no credit or Visa cards excepted only cash payments.

An excellent value for money hotel. Responsive staff, clean rooms, large pool, which allowed swimming until late. Quiet enough, a good place to sleep, there is a pool table, a bar and everything you need.

- Cool water in the shower. - The location is not very convenient, but if you have a rented bike, then the range is equal to silence. - There are no shops in close proximity. But this is not a complaint about the hotel.

We had my dad (75) with us whom got extremely sick due to traveling 3 continents in 30hrs.The owner and staff were extremely accommodating and helpful in regards to getting him the care he needed. (As a family we are grateful and indebted to you and your staff) Thank you 👍

Nice quiet location, easy to get to the main strip, (once we’d found the cut through).

Bed was SO uncomfortable, and the pool area was undergoing some maintenance so looked really run down, not like the photos at all.

Loved NR Nanai and I already miss it! The ambience is really cool! Look at my pics! The swimming pool is nice and clean, the room is spacious, wi-fi is everywhere with very good signal. Thank you!
