Good nifty little apartment for those wanting a comfortable stay in Patong Beach where you can cook. Very clean and they offer daily cleaning which is great. Amazing shower and comfortable bed. Gym is small, but air conditioned and okay for a small workout, and the pool we didn’t use as it’s in the shade most of the day but it’s a nice addition to the hotel/apartments.

Our personal experience with the staff at check inn wasn’t great, the HDMI port on the TV, and the wifi, didn’t work in our room so we requested to change which they let us, but it seemed as it was a problem! It also states you get free coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day but when I asked about this, I got told this is incorrect… Wifi didn’t work throughout our whole stay, 5th and 7th floors and also in the gym it didn’t work. I had a SIM card so wasn’t a problem for me but needs to be fixed for sure!

The studio was spacious and clean, bed was comfy and swimming pool was nice.

The aircon was facing right to the bed and the fins to change the direction didn't work, having the air cold in your face all night.

I don't know about the other room, but mine was perfect, on the backside of the building having the hill-side view. perfectly quiet! loved the seperate bedroom, made it extra quiet when sleeping. loved the super friendly , helpful and very polite staff. everything worked on, no single insect I discovered (very important for me) very clean definitely coming back for the next Thailand trip when Phuket happens to be included again

Very good apartment with cooking facilities, nice location, staffs are very welcoming and helpful. Overall it was perfect for family needs. I don't understand why some people have put negative reviews for this hotel. This is an excellent value for money apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. You cannot expect more considering the price point. I am fully satisfied with my stay.

Excellent value for money apartment. Room has fully equipped cooking facilities which were very useful for my needs. Room was neat and clean with a great hill view from the balcony. Location is very convenient, not so far from the famous Bangla street in Patong. We enjoyed our stay and would like to stay here again!

Great location, just outside the main noisy section of patong but close to walk there and the beach. Lovely pool and recliners. Ideal to have a restaurant downstairs and a 7eleven just around the corner. Exceptional place to stay. Great air con
