The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. About a 15 minute walk to patong beach

we had a standard room so no View. Overlooking the hotel balconies opposite which wasn’t ideal. Lots of mosquitoes in the room despite trying to keep all doors shut

for the price, you get the bare essentials. They cleaned the rooms well everyday and the staff are very nice and helpful. the water faucet was broken and they fixed it right away!

did not like the spring mattress and you can hear the noise outside and from the rooms next door.

The Room has a Balcony, which has a nice and clear view of Mountains and surrounding views. you can enjoy Sun by sitting there on the chair. Internet was very fast and doesn't go off for a second. Bed was nicely done and comfortable. every day water bottle was a plus. bathroom was nice and clean. hot water 24 hours. Top it all, The receptionist was very Kind and always smiling. she was also kind to a Newly born and abandoned kitten, she was taking care of her. All my respect goes to her.

Amazing location, rooms cleaned every day, lovely staff. Even if you did not need your room cleaned, the ladies always left a bag with toilet paper, coffee and shower gel/shampoo hanging on your door! 100% would stay again if I return to Patong

Very well located and the terrace rooms come with a beautiful mountain view and a jacuzzi with a mountain view. But the elevator only goes up to the 5th floor. To reach the terrace rooms you have to walk up the stairs to the next floor. But you get exactly what you see in the pictures. The location is close to good eateries, massage parlours, nail salons and a 7-eleven is right around the corner. In order to reach Bangla road, you will need a tuktuk or a cab.

During our stay PEA was fixing something and the whole street didn’t have any electricity for 4 hours. Though the property is not at fault in this.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our stay feel welcoming and comfortable. However, the value for money wasn’t great. The bed was uncomfortably hard, which made it difficult to sleep well, and the bathroom was quite dark, making it less convenient to use. Overall, while the service and cleanliness were excellent, improvements in comfort and amenities are needed to match the price.

first of all the owner joe is a great guy . he met us in the lobby with a smile and was friendly alot giving us info for anything needed i didnot have cach in baht currency when i reached but he confirmed the room and let me pay anytime i can .he was acting as a friend the view of mountain was amazing and he gave us choice to choose between 2 rooms which was kind of him the room was super clean and the stuff was always smiling and helpful 7 eleven supper market is 1 min walk from the hotel and also currecny exchange i will surely come again and recommend people to go there honestly i felt home thanks joe ... greeting from egypt

I love the location , very nice staff , very clean , if you book a mountain view room it’s lovely ! Motorbike rent , laundry , 24/7 front desk and very spacious entrance to sit and wait or relax even , with a coffee and cold drinks next to front desk ! I stayed 4 nights, and extended for more 10 no hesitation :)

It exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. The location was good, in a busy area, about 15 minutes walk to the beach. The room was nice enough, clean. The receptionist didn't speak English so well but honestly, it was not an issue at all, she was super nice and helpful.

Staying on the balcony was a struggle because of the hot air coming from the AC on the wall but otherwise I don't remember any problems. It was a nice stay.
