Location - Good quiet location, just down a quiet road from the main road. The location is good, there's an exchange just round to the right of the main road, plus many restaurants scattered around. There's a quiet laundry place called Ann's Laundry just 20 metres from the main road, charges 70baht per kilogram for wash and iron. Room - A simple room, nice big bed with charger plugs on either side of the bed. Had a good air conditioner next to the bed. P.s to lock the bedroom door when exiting, click the button on the inside of room on the doorknob, didn't realise this and accepted leaving the room not locked for a night.

The dilapidated building outside the balcony isn't pleasing to the eye as it's a metre away, but at least the room has a balcony to dry clothes. Toilet is right next to shower but I just put the toilet seat cover down to stop water getting onto the seat. No safety box or drawers to put things in, just shelves. Wardrobe has the hangers pole in the middle, so you have to open both doors to easily get to your clothes.

This hotel is located in a good position, away from the noise of main busy roads, but really close to everything. 15 mins walk from the beach, big food markets and the busiest roads with bars and night clubs. The staff were always nice and offered a good service. The room was simple, but spacious and nicely cleaned every day.

There were quite a lot of mosquitoes when I arrived into my room, but with a plug in mosquito repellent the situation got better. Also the aircon system just outside the window was quite noisy.

The double room I booked was spacious and the double bed was very comfy. It also came with a small balcony for me to dry my clothes. The wet bathroom was basic but clean and the shower was excellent, hot water was always available when I wanted it. The room came with a fridge, a TV and a table for working, something that I could not find in many other hotels for the price that this hotel offered. The aircon was excellent and made my stay very comfortable when it got hot. The staff were very friendly and courteous too. The hotel was also a decent distance to a supermarket and shops for groceries and about 15 - 20 minutes from some Phuket hotspots by scooter.

A minimal complaint - I booked a "mountain" view room, and I did get the view of the mountains - but only slightly. All-in-all, I appreciated that my room overlooked the front of the hotel to the main road, with the mountains in the distance. I would say that it was still worth the money I paid to ensure I had a decent view and not facing a wall or overlooking the rear of the property.

Location is not far from the beach. 15 min to Jungceylon. Staff is very friendly

Everything was beautiful, and clean. The staff we had such lovely conversations with them. We from south Africa , for a 3 star the hotel it lovely.

I didn't like the location, but it didn't really matter. We were always on the move exploring and walking around, so it's a great hotel if you want to explore Thailand and not just sit the room.

The stuff - very good. Location - very nice. Air conditioner - good. In general everything in this booking is just fine. good value for price.

The lady at the reception was exceptionally helpful. Scooter rental was a breeze check-in and check-out handled swiftly. She took the time to explain the payment options and pointed out the credit card markup. Highly professional. Our friends who came to visit immediately were offered the lobby wifi code. ... The room was spacious, clean and had a nice balcony. Air con was up to date and coffee was in the room.

Location, nice room, staffs were good, helpful. Receptionist helped us n arranging transport on urgent basis.
