The complex was super modern and high quality, it was brand new and built to a high specification, the rooms reflected that and were super nice, modern and comfortable. The staff helped out where they could and advised on where to go.

There booking.com page referenced a free airport shuttle and the hotel asked for the flight details but when we arrived there was no airport shuttle. I later asked at reception what happened and they said it didn't exist. There is also building work going on but it doesn't matter if you're not in during the daytime. The nearby beaches are so so busy, we often found ourselves leaving the area completely to go to quieter beaches.

At the time we booked to stay, it was during their pre opening period. While other areas of the property were still being built the parts that were finished was good. The room was spacious, bed was comfy, bathroom could fit two adults in the shower easily and the staff were amazing in helping us out with anything we needed.

There is no hanging line in the bathroom to dry wet swim suit. However if you ask they will give you a clothes horse for the balcony.

Property in great location, a short walk from Patong Beach, close to big shopping centre, pharmacy and cafes. Hotel was prestine, super comfy and modern rooms, pool and bar was very convenient. Shuttle bus available to major local attractions at no cost. Staff were also amazing and accomodating providing a free checkout to 1pm.

Currently under construction so some facilities are not yet available (rooftop pool) and there is some construction noise although barely noticeable.

The property is newly constructed and phase 1 was completed where we re accommodated to. The room is modern design with lovely sound proof . I loved the location accessible to main street within 3 mints walking . Staff were so kind and welcoming specially ( Mrs. Natti , Mr.Uvias , and the staff manager )

Well the breakfast was not that much because the main restaurant was not yet completed .

Very clean, close to the main street but quiet. Very comfortable matress.

Asked for a room with mountain view but they are bulding right in front and there are workers and obviously noise. Restaurant(besides the included breakfast) few options and expensive. All the services too expensive for what you can get in 200 m away at the main street 🙌🏼

The ladies at the lobby were helpful and deserve this review. Nita I think the name was especially.

Half the hotel is still under construction but I can see the vision and the place will set a new benchmark for Patong once completed. Rooms are very neat and the provincial theme continues through the whole build.

Great stay, great staff, good location to Patong Beach. Would highly recommend.

Only downside was the building works taking place which I was warned about upon arrival!

Studio Rooms are very cozy , comfortable and luxurious ! Extremely enthusiastic and responsive staff at the reception , restaurant and housekeeping . They made our stay very pleasant through their behaviour !

Felt the food menu could have more options
