The room was huge with everything needed. The bed was comfortable. The rice cooker was a big plus for me. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Wifi was unstable at the beginning of our stay but later it was fixed. There was a weird smell in the bathroom.

This hotel is a hidden gem for nomads and full-time travelers who appreciate a quiet space that is still close to everything, such as restaurants, bars, and other forms of entertainment. There are restaurants open 24/7 right around the corner. The family running it is very nice, helpful, and makes sure you feel at home right away. I even got invited to a birthday party 😊. Things like that you won´t forget when you're a full-time traveler. I planned only to stay for 2 weeks, but ended up extending my stay 6 times. The internet deserves a much better score than the one listed. I was able to work, upload videos, and stream with no issues whatsoever.

The Phuket weather wasn't the best, very unpredictable, and rainy. But the staff was always very helpful, lending me an umbrella when needed without any extra charges.

Nice family run hotel. Daily housekeeping with towels changed daily. The owner and the staff are super nice. The owner is always there, so he keeps his eye on everything. Therefore the housekeeping is immaculate and the property is kept clean and in really good shape. Pretty quiet location with about 15-20 minutes walking to the Patong beach and Bangla road. Enough parking for motorbikes, not sure about cars. I like that the beach towels are different sizes - smaller and bigger ones depending on which one suites you better - if you just go to the nearest beach, or travel to the further ones. They've got an in-room kitchen with pans, utensils, so you can cook in the room. So it was a really pleasant stay overall.

I had the best time ever in my six day stay. The bed was enormous and extremely comfortable. I had clean towels, soap, a kitchenette, utensils, air con, microwave, fridge, and TV. There were two mirrors which were really big, a dinning table with two chairs and best of all the place was bug free. I had a window which it seems is priceless in Asia and the shower was a good temperature and pressure. I had a daily supply of water bottles, and my cleaner was so sweet. But best of all was Chris and his team, who were an absolute delight. They made the stay extra special. Patong Beach is a 10-15 min walk via the Hard Rock Cafe and the shopping malls and Banga street are 30 mins away by foot or catch a Grab taxi.Finally, if you a need a church like I did- The Lighthouse church is 2 mins away, there's a cafe in there too. I will miss Phuket. I am so happy it was part of my adventure! P.s. Oh, I must mention they have lifts. That's definitely a bonus if you had heavy bags like I did. P.p.s. The WiFi was brilliant. I was working remotely, and I needed strong wifi. Okay, that's it. I think if you're reading this, you get the picture!

Nothing much.. for that price I couldn't have asked for anything more. The view from my room was just of derelict land but I know something exciting is coming soon because Phuket is developing like crazy.

The staff were always friendly and helpful. We loved the layout of the room! The location was mostly out of reach of the noisy streets, but close enough to go visit different places etc. (We were happy to walk) They were careful to clean the room every day for us. We stayed quite a while and it felt like a little haven from the hustle and bustle of Patong at night.

The room is dated. Curtains were old but functional, the sheers are all very brittle and some are missing. The finish on most wooden surfaces is very worn and needs to be redone. Some lights were burnt out. I think they're working on it and it didn't bother us. We had an unfortunate incident just before we left. My elbow pressed against the washroom window when closing the door and it fell out. (we weren't charged a lot for the repair) I don't think the window is held in very well and the old glue finally let go. I think if it was fastened through the trim with screws it wouldn't happen again. Overall we were pleased with our stay and the location, and I think everything considered we would stay there again.

The room was nice, clean and smelled good. The room was comfortable, kitchen was a nice tool to make our own breakfasts which is what we wanted and the room was nice and quiet. The hotel owners/staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. They had beach mats, towels and it is conveniently close to lots of excellent food places and the beach.

Asking for pillows and waiting, we got it eventually but the first two nights weren't as comfortable as it could have been - we almost considered moving. There are areas in the room that could be fixed up, like the part just below the air conditioner which is mouldy that could be easily corrected. No one at the front desk sometimes when you need towels.

The stuff was nice and helpful. There was no problem with booking changes. The room was clean, and spacious. I was able to work remotely without any issues.

Nice big comfortable bed with good quality linen, room was large, aircon worked great, lots of power points, kitchenette was handy and were able to cook meals, great water pressure and temperature in shower. Room was cleaned daily if needed.

no screens on windows so couldnt open them due to bugs/mosquitos entering, when having a shower the toilet gets wet, would have been nice to have some cooking basics like salt and pepper, pool area a little awkward.

My wife and I lived in a room with a kitchen and a balcony for a little more than a month. Room: More than enough for 2, large mirrors, I think a great place for freelancers, there are two workplaces, the quality of the Internet and wifi is good, a large number of establishments near hotel. It was convenient to cook on your own, the cooking and eating kits were good, almost nothing had to be bought. Location: The location of the hotel is excellent, quiet place, some of night markets within walking distance, a lot of bike rentals, coffee shops, restaurants and shops. A large selection of food establishments for fast delivery, 10 minutes walk to Patong beach, 15-20 minutes to central patong. On the bike 3-4 minutes. Service: I really liked the cleaning, high-quality, every day, it was not scary to leave expensive equipment in the room during cleaning. There was also an opportunity to order breakfast, coffee and other food, but unfortunately we didn't have time to try it. Staff: It's just 10 points out of 10. Very cool, friendly, humorous and always positive owners and employees. An unusual member of the team is a dog. Very nice and friendly! In general, the atmosphere in the hotel is family, We didn't want to leave.

Plenty of places to eat, carts and a wonderful night market nearby. Nice pool and lobby area. Plenty of options for walking around but no sidewalks.

It was very basic, small fridge, very basic kitchen, two forks no spatula, one frying pan one saucepan. When they cleaned our room they took the dish towel and didn’t replace it. All very small things. We did enjoy our stay.
