The hotel is nice and about a 20 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Patong beach. I did book a deluxe room that was huge and had a balcony. Clean and welcoming with great staff.

The lack of soundproofing from the outside. There is building work that wouldn’t allow me to sleep in after a night out (as at Feb 2024)

Tan and Nicolai are the owners of the hotel. As soon as you enter the lobby, Tan welcomes you with a big smile on his face and tries to help you with everything. Discounted tours, airport transfer, motorbike rental, in short, everything you need is available at the hotel. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. There is family warmth in the hotel. The rooms are organized and clean. Every day we stayed, our room was cleaned and the sheets and towels were changed. The hotel is within walking distance to Patong Beach, Shopping centers, Night market and Seven 11. I recommend everyone not to miss this hotel. Dear Tan and Nicolai you now have a home in Turkey. We hope to see you again one day. Thank you very much for everything. We love you very much.

• Clean, neat and tidy room. • Staff very friendly, cheerful and helpful. • Perfect location near to Patong Beach only 7 min by walking and far from the noisy Bangla road. •the cleaning of the room was done daily. • the property provide daily for free water, coffee and tea. beach towels at the reception. • the staff were super kind to provide me an early check in up on arrival since my flight arrive early morning 5 hrs before the normal check in time. • I rent a motorbike from the property with a very nice price and without giving any insurance or keeping my passport with them as a grantee wich I appreciated. • the WI-FI is perfect. • I’ve had the pleasure of staying at “Memory Patong” 3 times now, and every visit has been outstanding thanks to its incredible staff. and of course my next trip to Phuket I will stay only in “Memory Patong”.

Very nice staff ! They will help you during your stay. We’ve enjoyed the location also. 15/20 min walk to the main Patong street and to the beach. Easy to go from the airport with the bus (ask them to drop your nearby). You have a lot of scooters rental nearby, and a calmer area there (and near a street with French people)

Bella was extremely helpful since day 1. She helped us so much with transports, excursions and everything else, for that, I will definitely come back. Thank you for making our stay and organization smooth :)) Housekeeping does a great job changing sheets and towels on a daily basis as well as two bottles of water.

The lobby is super nice and cosy, but dusty :( We checked out a little early and waited our van but couldn’t really get comfortable since it was dusty on the sofas and chairs inside the seating area, definitely something that can be fixed easily, nothing more major.

The room was cleaned and towels changed daily. Beach towels were available upon request at no cost. There were a few laundromats, within short walking distances, and the general accessibility to food and other essential needs were appreciated. The separated bathroom space was definitely a plus.

The outdoor lighting around the hotel could be brighter.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful: helped me to arrange tour to Phi Phi island one day before, airport transfer and reserved a space for me to park my car. They also provided me with beach towel on all the days when I went to the beach and allowed me to leave my bags on the day of checkout. The room is also very clean. I requested for more soap and shampoo and they gave me 6 bottles hahaha. Location wise is perfect as it is in Patong, but not near the noisy places. 12 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to Bangla street. It is a pleasant place to stay for solo travellers and for families too. Will definitely stay here again if I come back.

The staff will look after your key for you if you choose, which is very helpful when heading out on tours or a night out, not having to think about where your key is takes care of one worry. They will clean the room every day if you put the sign on the door and change the linen on request. Also the staff can organise cracking discounts on the tours listed on the pamphlets in the foyer and organise transport to and from any tour. Having this accessible in your hotel will absolutely make your holiday instead of worrying about getting ripped off by the street vendors in Patong. I organised a tour the next morning to James Bond Island at 8pm the night before!?!?! Free bottles of water, great location, far enough away from Bangla Road to get a good night's sleep but close enough that you can walk to it leisurely in about 20 minutes passing unlimited entertaining scenes all the way there. It is also walking distance from 7-11, Big C, and any shop you need. Good restaurant choices close by for breakfast lunch and dinner. They also offer discount multi day hire of scooters, and with them being at the hotel you don't have to worry about returning it and then having to let it back to the hotel. The water pressure is fantastic!!! The air con is great the bed was good and the blockout curtains block out everything. Stacks of power points to charge all your devices too.

The shower curtain didn't quite catch all the water so was mopping it up with a towel, which isn't a problem as you can get a fresh towel every day.

This boutique hotel in Phuket exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering a beautiful view of the mountains. Bella and Pam provided exceptional hospitality, always welcoming and ready to help. They went above and beyond to fulfill every request and even assisted us in arranging ferry tickets and airport transfers seamlessly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for stay in Phuket

It’s a really good place for its price

Window view to the next wall was a bit frustrating. But then we changed room to deluxe with balcony and it felt much better 🥰 I’d recommend to choose deluxe - price’s difference isnt so big but room is much cozier
