The environment of this resort is very good.

The problem we faced was no wifi inside the room.

This is my second time visiting this resort because it's a great option in Patong. A large green area, many swimming pools, silence away from the hustle and bustle, but at the same time everything you need is nearby: cafes, money changers, market, laundry, shops and of course the beach. And great price! Thanks a lot!

This time it was not very clean, there was dust in the corners, sand in the bathroom and a not very clean sink.

Location was good

flush was not working and than there changed room, after changing to other room having some water leakage issue

We have stayed at natural multiple times before if you want somewhere reasonably priced then it is perfect

First of all, the hotel is gorgeous. There are 6 relatively large pools and around each one there are like 10-15 bangalows. It feels like a small neighborhood and unless you have really noisy neighbors, it is amazing. The room was cleaned daily, although relatively fast. In an out in 5 minutes. So not the best thorough cleaning you can think of.

Some of the reception staff was borderline rude. Starting with my check-in. I wanted to pay with my card but they really pushed to pay with cash. First they said cash only. So I said no in the booking it says that I can pay with card. Then they said their card machine doesn't work. When I said many times that I am not paying with cash, all of a sudden everything worked. I also asked the same receptionist if I can have a guest in my 2 person room (I was alone at the time). She said that I can bring one but if I change my mind I would have to pay to bring a different person in my room. Which doesn't make sense since I booked a 2 person room. Why care if I add a different second person? If no more than two people are in the room why care? So I did what everyone was doing and just ignored her and just walked in with different person and noone really cared. Which means that if you are a nice person that follows the rules, they ask you to pay extra. Apart from that receptionist everything was good.

Their swimming pool facilities and huge area of property make this resort really recommendable.

Despite of being such a great resort their intercom facility is horrible, it was not working at all… Even after complaining they didn’t solve the problem during my staying…
