Patong Poshtel was a pleasant surprise! It’s affordable, clean, and the staff were super helpful throughout my stay. The rooms are comfortable, and it has everything you need for a budget-friendly stay in Patong. There are local shops and a 7/11 nearby, which made grabbing snacks or essentials really convenient. It’s also just a 10–15 minute walk to Bangla Road and Patong Beach, so you’re close enough to the action, but far enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a simple, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Patong! (Plus, there is a lovely view of nearby mountains, and you can watch Nexflix on the top floor)

The room is clean. Staff is friendly and can speak English. The reception area is very comfortable with sofa and table. The place do not have elevator so we need to carry our heavy bag upstairs, but the staff is very helpful they helped us carry them upstairs. Thank you very much. There are also halal restaurants around the area, 7 eleven is like 2 minutes walk. There is wash and dry right beside the hotel. it is not really near popular patong beach but if you like walking, everything is doable. we took Grab instead. lol

There are comfortable beds that have partitions and curtains. Plenty of storage space for clothes and valuables. Everything is kept under lock and key, even shoes. There is a kitchen, a place to eat and rest, a dryer. The plumbing worked well. The staff is polite and responsive.

I saw a cockroach. The door to the women's bathroom is constantly open - you need an automatic closer. I didn’t like that from noon to 5 pm the air conditioners were turned off. The mattress had a leather cover, it creaked unpleasantly when moving. Synthetic blanket is not very pleasant to use.

Your must take your shoes off before going upstairs from reception to the rooms, making it a bit inconvenient to pop out to the shops for a minute

We came after midnight, everything went really smooth and fine. The hotel was very nice, exactly as on the pictures, very clean, location is good around 5 minutes by bike to Bangla rd. Personal was really nice and friendly, they helped us to bring our luggage upstairs. You can borrow hairdryer on the reception. They allow us a late check out. Definitely recommend for the price, location and service it was totally worth it.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. We got a room for 3 and everyone had their own bed and even though it was a hostel we had our own bathroom and a small balcony! There is a common room that is really nice and they also have a little kitchen and a washing machine up there. The location of the property was also great, there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby!

It was extremely loud at night because the door of the balcony could not be closed completely! Also our toilet got clogged two times, but the staff immediately fixed it!

It is clean and safe, there are lockers that you can lock both in the bed and in the room. Hot water and cold water are free 24 hours. You definitely feel like you're in your own room with the beds. staff are helpful and friendly

Air conditioners are turned off between 12 noon and 5 pm. And unfortunately, these are the times when the weather is the hottest. It's impossible to stay in bed! There is no area to smoke, you have to go down the high stairs and go outside

New facilities. Bath and rooms were clean. AirCon was a single central unit for the bedrooms, but it worked just fine. Rooftop has potential, and the kitchen facilities are a plus. Free drinking water and some table games.

Private room was very small. In fact it only had the bed and a tiny corridor beside it, to get in and out. We had to leave one bag in the locker outside, as it didn't have space inside. Rooftop was nice, but very hot on a sunny day. I think only the rooms and the front desk area have AC. Most people just chilled by the front desk, instead of the rooftop.

I liked that the hostel was in the prime location and everything was available at a short distance. Apart from that the private room was clean and neat

I didn't like that the kettle wasn't working, there's no lift and the steps are pretty steep, we have to climb all the way to 4th floor to refill our water bottles.
