Great value for money We were pleasantly, surprised and delighted with this hotel. Below are positive points of this hotel: - Great location, 10 minutes from beach , close to night market, Coffee Club,etc - Comfortable bed and pillows (you can ask for a different or extra pillow).Nice size room. - Amazing Breakfast in air-conditioned area! - Lots of different options that get rotated daily Fruits, salads , dessert are kept in displayed fridge which kept them cool and refreshing, -Great selection of freshly made sweets waffles,pancakes, small creaps with chocolate,etc) -Great coffee from the machine - tasts really good:) - Wonderful , vibrant and helpful staff. -Also whenever we needed something at the front desk we would get it straight away. - Good size pool with children's area. - We were there during Songkran(Thai New Year).Staff were dancing around the pool creating happy and radiant atmosphere. Staff member name Mook really stood out.She was teaching children how to dance. She is such good dancer. During Songkran celebrations, the hotel staff set up a food near the pool area where you could buy lunch, fruit, dessert for affordable price. - We definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again. Tip:Bit extra attention to room cleaning.

Great hotel with good sized rooms, excellent pool area including slides with lots of space for swimming and relaxing. Pool view rooms facing the internal court yard are much quieter than the city facing room and the balcony outlook is great. Breakfast in the Hotel is excellent with a wide range of choices both European and Asian inspired and good coffee. Reception staff are very helpful and the in-house tour desk offers high quality local recommendations on places to visit. Good location for accessing the beach, shops like the seven eleven and local restaurants, recommend the nearby Little Prince

External rooms are very noisy. One of our party had to swap from an external room to internal pool view room in order to reduce the noise. The corridors are very noisy and the doors do little to block the sound of people coming home from nights out.

I enjoyed my comfortable hotel room and the location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were always friendly and welcoming. I was impressed with the buffet breakfast and the quality of the food. The swimming pool is clean and well designed and the facilities are first class.I

Location. More quiet area of Patong

Pool busy at times and unable to get a lounge. Hot food at breakfast buffet was cool. Room cleaning staff did not pay attention to detail.

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights. We stayed in the pool view room on the 6th floor bedroom was clean and tidy and bathroom facilities really nice. Buffet breakfast was great for the both of us and had a range of food to suit both. it is about a 10-15minute walk to Bangla street, or 200bht on tuk tuk. There is a 7/11 and a 24/7 shop right next door to the hotel and on the opposite side a scooter hire place that also does laundry, a massage place girls were lovely. The big OTop markets are about 400m up the road opposite Hard Rock Cafe. overall we were very happy with the place and would have stayed longer

* horrible sound isolation, we could hear every sound from the corridor and neighbor room * mold can be seen in the bathroom * cleaning ladies do not properly mop the floors so dust collects in the room * machines in the gym need an upgrade * masala chai tasted horrible during breakfast

Stayed there last year. Enjoyed it so much we decided to come again. Can't fault the place really.

Nothing everything was good.

When I booked this hotel I was wary of this hotel because of the reviews that I read but was pleasantly surprised with it was clean and tidy the rooms were a bit dated but very good I had read that the staff were rude but I found this was not the case they were very helpful and happy from the reception to the bar staff and the restaurant and cleaners. I think that the people who put bad reviews on this hotel were expecting too much or were just rude people themselves, I could not fault anyone or anything about this hotel my only dislike was the bacon and eggs for breakfast was cold but if you ask the would cook fresh eggs and reheat the bacon. We were in room 151 with pool access which I would highly recommend

The hotel is in a fantastic location, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They even provided us with an extra bed, which was much appreciated. The service overall was excellent, and the breakfast area was a real highlight – the chef quickly replenished the food, and there was a good variety to choose from.

The only downside was our experience at the bar downstairs. While enjoying drinks by the pool, the bartender kept giving us a new slip for every order. We later realized this was because he was adding 7% and other charges on each slip, which felt a bit sneaky. Be aware of this when ordering.

Beautiful pool area. And the pool is great and has enough shade in the morning and after 2-3pm. Secure deposit is paid and returned in US dollars. Breakfast is great.

I’ve had a street facing top floor room. It was very noisy. Neighboring hotel’s air conditioning system was roaring like a plane for the most part of the day. Motorbikes and cars passing by on the road just 20 - 30 feet away from the building generate sudden spikes of noise. You would not be able to stay on your balcony. DO NOT book street facing rooms to avoid this issue. Saw cockroaches in the bathroom.
