It was beautiful stay as really nice clean room. All the staff are amazing, specially breakfast staff are not just beautiful and attractive but always served with great smile and kind help. Receptionist are super nice people and will assist whenever needed.

Only down sided was breakfast choices for non-veg was fine for non-veg people but people like Vegetarian or Vegan like us would be challenging. It’s better to have breakfast outside hotel unless Hotel do something for Vegetarians or Vegan people for better choice. Everything else was beautiful good stay.

The pool. Yes we love Thai hospitality, but the Baumanburi gets us regulalry for the lovely large, organically shaped pool and pool bar. We came here first time in 2011 and have come back twice since then. The rooms are fine and usual sizes for their designations, all with a nice little balcony viewing the pool, I do like we had both a shower and separate bath in a good sized bathroom. If you are a young children family and can afford it, grab a pool access room - awesome. Staff are helpful and friendly as always. Clean place, and nice hotel layout that shuts out the Pating surrounds by all looking inward. It is showing signs of wear, but still in good condition. Breakfast buffet is good. Location is good too, only a (large) block back from Patong Beach and less than a 10 minute walk from Bangla Road. Right next to O-Top shopping complex, which pretty much covers all your tourist shopping bits and pieces with a heap of shops and even a small food market (which was new for me - last here 2 years prior). Massage shops, pharmacy, currency exchange and restaurants/bars all nearby. There's a 7-11 jsut close by, but if you want alcohol drinks outside the hours they allow then there is a 24hr a few minutes walk the other way. Simply, we really like this hotel and its staff, the pool is brilliant. I am sure there a better and comparable pools, but this place gets our vote.

The Happy Hour at the pool bar has changed, previoulsy there was a lunchtime HH (which there still is 12-2pm), but the evening one which used to start at 5 or 6pm is now delayed until 7pm. We prefer an early kick off before going out for dinner, but that is personal prefernce and it may suit others the way it now is.

The hotel was amazing , has a huge pool , and the room breakfast was also good ! The hotel lobby has a bike rental , pharmacy ; clothing store ; currency exchange and laundry , Easy accessible to patong beach , The hotel is located in front of Hard Rock Cafe - patong Close to Malin plaza - Street food area

I liked the holiday and family vibes this hotel gives. Landing here feels that you have checked into a vacation resort. Big swimming pool in the middle of the hotel. You can enjoy hours by the pool side. Big rooms. Excellent staff. Nice staff. All service requests were attended promptly. Walkable distance to the beach. Very good restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the Bangla walking street, Jungceylon shopping mall and Simon Cabaret. Restaurant inside the hotel serves delicious food. Travel desk is also very helpful.

The hotel's breakfast menu lacked variety, and the inclusion of chicken gravy and rice on the morning menu was unexpected and unappealing. The corridor outside my room was often obstructed by the cleaning cart, and I frequently observed guest laundry drying on the railings. The air conditioning unit in the room malfunctioned repeatedly, requiring three service calls to maintain the desired temperature. The room's proximity to the road resulted in significant disturbance from traffic noise and loud music from nearby clubs throughout the day and evening.

This was impressive in terms of the consistency of great customer service from staff from service desk to restaurant employees... All were very nice and smiley throughout our stay 👏 👍 👌 We loved the location, the pool, the breakfast, the rooms, the cleanliness and your smiles! We will be back soon! 😍

Gym is good but needs more weights and a refreshment...

View from balcony overlooking the pool was excellent. Services including breakfast and spa were reasonably priced and enjoyable.

Loud music from cafe across the street.

Room and communal areas such as swimming pool was outstanding and a lot more that we found in patong city.

reception staff was rubbish and we had an hour late registration as they couldn't find out information.
