It was beautiful stay as really nice clean room. All the staff are amazing, specially breakfast staff are not just beautiful and attractive but always served with great smile and kind help. Receptionist are super nice people and will assist whenever needed.

Only down sided was breakfast choices for non-veg was fine for non-veg people but people like Vegetarian or Vegan like us would be challenging. It’s better to have breakfast outside hotel unless Hotel do something for Vegetarians or Vegan people for better choice. Everything else was beautiful good stay.

The hotel lobby has a bike rental , pharmacy ; clothing store ; currency exchange and laundry , Easy accessible to patong beach , The hotel is located in front of Hard Rock Cafe - patong Close to Malin plaza - Street food area

View from balcony overlooking the pool was excellent. Services including breakfast and spa were reasonably priced and enjoyable.

I liked the holiday and family vibes this hotel gives. Landing here feels that you have checked into a vacation resort. Big swimming pool in the middle of the hotel. You can enjoy hours by the pool side. Big rooms. Excellent staff. Nice staff. All service requests were attended promptly. Walkable distance to the beach. Very good restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the Bangla walking street, Jungceylon shopping mall and Simon Cabaret. Restaurant inside the hotel serves delicious food. Travel desk is also very helpful.

The hotel's breakfast menu lacked variety, and the inclusion of chicken gravy and rice on the morning menu was unexpected and unappealing. The corridor outside my room was often obstructed by the cleaning cart, and I frequently observed guest laundry drying on the railings. The air conditioning unit in the room malfunctioned repeatedly, requiring three service calls to maintain the desired temperature. The room's proximity to the road resulted in significant disturbance from traffic noise and loud music from nearby clubs throughout the day and evening.

Room and communal areas such as swimming pool was outstanding and a lot more that we found in patong city.

reception staff was rubbish and we had an hour late registration as they couldn't find out information.

Good location 300m from the beach, OTop markets and bars are only 50m and Hard Rock is across the road. The rooms are large and we got an upgrade also. 😁 Breakfast was included, the pool is huge and very clean perfect clorine levels no sore or red eyes. Very reasonable prices.
