The room was a generous size. The staff were absolutely lovely all the time saying hello and goodbye as we entered an exit the property The breakfast was an adequate amount and the breakfast staff absolutely lovely. Special mentioned to the breakfast lady called beer and the reception stuff on the counter every evening.

Sadly there were only four deck chairs outside. One of these is broken and does not sit up properly and if more than three people were at the pool there was nowhere for you to sit. Maybe some cafe tables and chairs outside might be ideal. The pool was clean but around the edge of the pool I could see that it needs some repairs and maintenance.

The hotel was amazing, beautiful, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast options were perfectly fine with variety’s of cereals, toast, pastries, fruits and yoghurts, thai options otherwise nice brekky places around the area. The location was great!! Just down the road from the beach, surrounded by food places and easy access to transport for tons of different activities. The room itself was lovely, with great working air conditioning, good bathroom with a great shower, comfy large bed and a nice balcony.

Shower door didn’t really stay still as much but nothing a towel mat couldn’t fix. Wasn’t really a problem.

Loved the pool, we were almost always alone there, so it was nice to learn and practice swimming in peace. Location was also great, walking distance to a few nightmarkets, good restaurants, cafes and the beach.

The water temperature in the shower changed a lot, sometimes becoming burning hot or just straight up cold. And no matter how much we tried we couldn't get it to stay the same nice warm temperature for more than a minute 😥 Same thing happened in Bangkok as well, so idk it might be a nationwide issue.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I requested extra towels and a bedside lamp and she arrived quickly and without fuss. Location is good.Bed really comfortable.Bathroom facilities really good, nice shower.

The hotel is positioned quite well - you are close to the beach, party, multiple night markets, bars, and restaurants. At night we didn't have problems with a loud party music, so we slept really well. The room was nice and clean. The mattress was comfortable, and sheets were clean. Balcony was perfect to dry our towels. Personal was polite and helpful. I would like to say special thanks to the lady chef - she prepared the most amazing pad kaprao for breakfast, and she was extremely nice.

The view from the window was not too nice due to the electric cables.

The room was nice and quiet. A comfortable bed and had a good night's sleep.

I liked the fact that it's far from the crazy street of Bangla rd and yet close enough to walk there (15 mins) I wanted to order some milk at 7pm from the kitchen but they close at 3pm which i found odd. The room is basic .. with decent hot shower and good bed / pillows..the staff are friendly and helpful.. right outside the hotel at the booking office (for trips) you can do your laundry (bht50 per kilo) and I believe it can be left at reception. Overall it's a decent room with basic facilities. If that's what you want.. a med/low budget hotel then this is it.. i didn't have breakfast so I can't comment.

Stayed in Citrus for a couple of weeks and absolutely loved it. The room is a good size with a very powerful AC, comfy bed, decent size balcony, hot water and a great desk space. The hotel seems to be recently renovated too which made it feel very modern and clean. The location is also very good as you're close to everything, but its also peaceful and not super busy like it is closer to central patong. I was still able to walk out at all hours of the day and night and able to get food, drink, massage, go gym, go beach, etc. The price of the hotel is also great value for money too at the time of staying.

The ONLY negative thing I have to say is that the fitness centre is not a fitness centre. Its a small little room right by the pool with a couple of treadmills, a small bench and small weights. I didn't bother to use it and walked to a local gym instead.

1) Distance, I love the Hotel, it's not too far from the walking street and Patong beach. Just 800 meters. 2) The staff were very courteous and polite, I love the way they smile all the time. 3) Cleanliness 4) Indian restaurant name Indian delight near by 20 meters away from Hotel. The food was delicious there. 5) I stayed in the room number 305. Because I was getting shock from the taps. I made them aware about it, so they changed my Room to 203. 6) Check in and Check out were very smooth. They refunded the security deposit of 1000 baht taken at the beginning, without any issue.

1) As I explained earlier about I was getting a little shock from Taps of the Room number 305. There might be earthing issue. I would say immediately fix it. It might be dangerous for someone else. 2) I want there to be a Beer Bottle opener in every room. It wasn't there even if it was not available in the reception.
