Great sized rooms. Two of our three rooms had been updated inside. All rooms clean and comfortable. Rooms overlooked the pool. Staff were extremely helpful. Restaurant/café by reception was fantastic. Great food and cheap. 7 Eleven is also right next door. Pool was awesome - plenty of deckchairs around pool. Excellent breakfast many options and they have different options daily. Location was great - 5 min walk from main beach/street. Bars and restaurants close by. Easy access to bars and nightclubs, but location is peaceful and slightly to the side of all the craziness.

Excellent hotel. In a great location, less than 5 minutes from the beach and within 15 minutes from the famous “Bangla Road.” Very spacious rooms, comfortable bed and clean. The staff were ever so good and would literally bend over backwards for you. I had previously mentioned that I wanted a double bed, as the booking mentioned a twin room/double room, as it was our 15th anniversary, and they went to the trouble of creating a lovely display on our bed for when we arrived. Being away from the main area means that the hotel is very quiet, but still within walking/stumbling distance. Marlin Market, which serves delicious food, is literally next door, along with a 7 eleven, locals bars, restaurants and massage parlours. The pool is cleaned daily, and clean pool towels provided every day. If I was to find any fault, it’s only that the Shower is a little odd, it’s not quite high enough for anyone above 5 foot 4, and if you have it facing you, then the water hits the tiles ahead, and spills out the bath. If you have it facing the side of you, then it hits the corner of the bath and travels down the other side wetting the whole floor. But that’s me literally finding something negative to say, because we have genuinely just had the best ten days here, and cannot wait to return.

Convenient for beach, shops, restaurants.Staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Wanchai, he never stopped all day, so lovely. Even though you were in a built up area it was lovely and quiet in the superior rooms, until the Cockerel started crowing out the back in the morning ;) Good choice for breakfast each morning. We found a really good food night market, turn right out of the hotel and keep walking(over stinky river bridge)until you see it on your right Cheap food and cocktails.

Photos of pool area have been enhanced, see my photo! Not enough sunbeds or parasols for everyone. Bathrooms were very dated and tired. The foyer and pool area are smaller than they look in the photos.

My stay at coconut village resort was amazing. We were two female travellers and felt completely safe at all times. The staff were very accomodating for all of our needs, and even got a security guard to walk me to a nearby pharmacy late at night. The rooms are very big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread had a large selection and changed daily- even after 10 days we did not get bored of the food. There is a restaurant on site and 7/11 next door which was great for days when we were too tired to leave the resort. Wifi was reliable and fast. The resort is located towards the edge of Patong which was ideal for us, as we wanted to relax in a quieter area while still being close to all the restaurants and attractions of Patong. It was very easy to get a taxi or tuk tuk from the front of the lobby to get around town. The staff were just so nice and really made our stay enjoyable.

I stayed in the Grand Superior Double Room. The room was cozy, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. Housekeeping was done daily and very well. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Patong Beach, restaurants, bars, and shopping. There’s a 7-Eleven and currency exchange right next to the hotel, which was super convenient. Staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The breakfast had a good variety and was fresh every day.

The only downside was that my room faced the main road, so I could hear traffic noise, especially at night. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend asking for a room on the pool side instead.

We stayed in a Deluxe room and it was very good, quiet and clean. All the staff were brilliant very attentive and the rooms were kept clean and tidy by the ladies that cleaned our room. At breakfast the staff were very friendly and cleaned up the dishes quickly and we were warmly welcomed every morning.

The breakfast was ok with a reasonable variety for most people. Only personally, I like freshly cooked eggs and prefer if a fried egg or omelette etc are cooked while you wait. But that is a personal like. Everything else was perfectly acceptable and we especially liked the coffee you can make on the coffee machine.

This is an extremely well run and very well presented hotel. The location is excellent and within 5 minutes walk to the beach and easy access to all that the Patong area offers. The staff are absolutely amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. They go out of their way to ensure you have a great holiday experience. The breakfast is good. There is a generous amount of choice and all offerings are fresh and tasty. The hotel itself is relatively modern and the rooms are very clean, spacious and well appointed. The highlight of our visit was the amazing service provided by “Uthaitat,” the Front Office Manager. On check-in, there was a problem with our booked room (I think over booked), so Uthairat immediately gave us an upgrade to a Junior Suite. The following day, she moved us to a full suite for the duration of our stay. Now this is a lady that understands hospitality and service and the value of a corporate reputation. There are a lot of different levels throughout this property and this means a considerable amount of "steps" This may be an issue for persons with mobility issues.

Excellent location. Close proximity to the beach, bars & restaurants. Beautifully cleaned rooms every day. Hotel cleanliness , reception, outside areas all kept very clean. Very convenient 7 11 just outside the hotel door and a money exchange with ATM. Nice pool area with beds and umbrellas. Good selection at breakfast , pastries, breads, cereals , fruits, salad bar and a hot selection eggs , meats etc and Thai options too. 24 hour reception. Laundry services. Would definitely stay again. We thought it was good value.

Road noise could be a pain on some nights but it didnt disturb us too much. Found the bar prices at the pool expensive. It would have been nice to get a cocktail every now and again but we swapped it for drinks from the supermarket instead to save money.

The good, location, walking distance to beach, etc, facilities, the staff, coffee shop. Food. The bad, noise of traffic on the main road, our room was a deluxe tropical on the first floor 50m from the busy road. Motorbikes revving their superbike engines and also speeding at high revs down the road at all hours. Also, the Thai boxing trucks going around on a loop with their speakers' advertising fights continually all day and night. Get a room as far from the road as possible. In our room under the sink, there is a plinth for some reason. We had to put a towel on it as we kept stubbing our toes on it. Not all the sun beds had cushions on them. A part from that a lovely hotel to stay in.
