The property had great aesthetic and welcome drink upon the entrance, they once prepared our breakfast ordering from the night before because we were leaving early for a trip. Pool was great and breakfast tasty. Bed was super comfortable and room was very big! Even though it was centrally located, noise was cancelled. Staff was friendly. There was spa and 7/11 very close

Everything! The hotel is very lovely and well decorated. We love the whole mood & tone and the staffs are super helpful and friendly. Their breakfast and restaurant are super tasty and has variety of choices. We will definitely come back again when visiting Patong beach.

Upon your arrival they serve you some refreshing tea, rooms are spacious and designed in a milimalistic way, 10 min walk from the beach and the busy area of patong. Would recommend.

For breakfast you are limited to chose a limited amount of ingredients (bread, pancakes, potatoes). We had a second coffee and had to pay for it. Breakfast is delicious tho.

The staff were delightful and very helpful. It was lovely and quiet despite being located on a busy road. I enjoyed the boutique size (not too big) and the design layout of the hotel, and the cafe restaurant area. A lovely sized room with very comfortable beds and a great balcony. Having a clothes drying rack was very useful and much appreciated. Thank you to all the staff!

The decor is a wee bit dated inside the bedroom and the finishing in the bathroom /shower could do with a bit of a refresh/ uplift ( my hand wash basin was stained) and some of the wall plastering is a bit too rustic! A storage cabinet and shelf in the bathroom would be helpful. The bed-side tables are too small and very wobbly so my things fell off at the slightest nudge! (Personally I don't like dark coloured towels, just pale colours so you are reassured they are totally clean.)

Great location, and very nice pool and terrace area. The staff was also nice and always smiling. The breakfast was also great and tasty. I really like the idea of choosing each item for the breakfast plate.

The rooms were fine, but were really missing some storage space in the bathroom. For example some cabinets in the bathroom for storage would have been very useful, because there was no space where to keep our items or hand towels. Aside from this, one of the power outlets was broken, and could not be used. Lastly, we asked for a drying rack a few times, especially because we noticed that many people rooms had one, but we never got one.

Staff were excellent, nothing seemed like too much trouble and they always acknowledged you when coming in & out of the hotel which created a nice vibe. Room was super spacious and comfy, and the pool was always quiet so we could get a good spot!

A lot of people smoke weed next door which easily stunk out our room, which is only really annoying for us as we don’t smoke. Also, another room next to us left food outside and it didn’t get cleared up during our whole stay.

It's a small boutique hotel. 1 km away from Bangla Street but easily walkable. The walk itself is beautiful as the area is much more posh. There are spas near by and a very good one called Thai massage right next door. They have a nice pool and restaurant upfront within the property. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom could be more spacious... especially the basin. That was the rustic bit perhaps. They have a beautiful tray laid out with Coffee & Teas and the thing that got me most excited was a Pour-over kit. I made myself a nice cup of coffee in a beautiful mug. The decor of the room is very minimalistic but aesthetic. The bed was comfortable too. The staff was helpful in getting us a vehicle to go to the airport. We stayed just for a night but would stay longer the next time.

The bathroom could have been bigger and more spacious, especially the wash basin. But it's not a big hassle. We stayed on the 1st floor. There was no lift. But the staff helped with the luggage.

Rooms were very spacious, an added bonus the TV had access to netflix and youtube. Staff were great, especially the two owners/managers. Pool area was nice and never too crowded. We ate at the restaurant for lunch once and it was great, so many options, definitely recommend visiting even if you aren’t staying at the hotel. Around a 20 min walk to bangala road so a great location, especially as there was no outside noise, so we had a very comfortable stay.

The rooms are huge which was great! Staff go above and beyond, although english wasn't great which made it hard to communicate. This accomodation had everything we could possibly need for an enjoyable stay in Phuket just outside of the chaos of bangla road (20 minute walk away).

Pool area not as nice as pictured but didn't takeaway from our overall experience at all.

The hotel was simple but quaint. It's quiet and very clean. We had 2 deluxe double and the rooms were very spacious and the bed is large and extremely comfortable. The toiletries provided were so good. I would say I had the best shower in my 3 trips to Phuket in the past year. The hotel staff were friendly and checking in and out was easy. We didn't book the hotel breakfast but the pool and the hotel surroundings were perfect. The location is great - 15mins walk to Patong Beach. Along the walk, there are ample restaurants, bars, marts and massage parlours. Also the money changer in front of the hotel had good rates and the small eateries near the hotel were also good. We got our excursion packages nearby the hotel and the pricing was okay. I travel to Phuket every 3 months and I would say this would be my fav hotel compared to the 4star I stayed previously.

All it needs probably is something for the mosquitoes as it's surrounded by greenery. But you can easily get your own repellant as the hotel is surrounded by marts.
