The hotel location is excellent, near supermarkets, restaurants, and Patong beach. Bedroom is big, and love the ones with direct access to the pool.

Wifi in the bedroom doesn't work well. That was the only issue I had on my stay. And every time had to reconnect to wifi if I was in the lobby or restaurant.

Great location as 5 minutes walking to the beach, staff is super nice and helpful, laundry service what is a plus and nice pool.

The main problem is cleanliness of the room, we used two different rooms and those had spider webs and different kind of bugs having home on the ceiling of the rooms. Ceilings have also a bit fungus.

Rooms clean. Near to all beach and other tourist attractions. 7 eleven. Location is very convenient

Wifi is slow and when I booked hotel promised there is shuttle service everyday to Phuket center and other place. But they don’t have.

The hotel was great, room was very spacious. The staff were always very polite & always happy to help. Hotel has laundry service which was fantastic & handy. Hotel location is perfect with a 7/11 across the road, massage shops, restaurants everywhere & short walk to beach, mall & markets. Will stay here again, we loved this hotel. Safe & we had no issues with our belongings, highly recommend.

The only negative was the bed was very hard but just as hard as our friends bed at a higher rated hotel. But the hardest out of the 3 hotels we stayed at in Thailand.

The location was great, two minute walk to the beach, a few small bars very close, but not to close to cause noise. 7/11 directly across the road. Big room, nice bathroom, nice staff

I stayed in a pool access room, but the area outside the room is in continuous shade, no sun at all, and when it rains the water pools in the area, so pool access sounds great but in reality not as envisaged. The room could also use some extra pug sockets, however 7/11 across the road sells a plug in extension with 3 sockets, solved

good location , but would be better if you could access the back road from what looks like used to be shops but is now all rubbish and padlocked so you have to walk along the side of road and did not feel safe

as above and the beds were rock hard !! way too hard !!! I asked house keeping for a topper and they put a blanket / doona on but it was still like sleeping on the floor ! The pool looks much bigger in photos so people swim right next to your pool access from room . breakfast was 2/10 not very good at all .

Bad wifi signal and very slow

We had a pool access room, which we loved, it was super central & everything was in walking distance.

The wifi service was not the best, as lovely as the staff were tge English barrier was a little frustrating. Highly recommend if you get a pool access room hopefully it’s not near the door, it slams & does gives you a fright when not expected.

Clean and comfortable. Close to shops and restaurants and patong beach.Swimming pool ads a lot of value. All sfaff friendly professional.
