We stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was huge. Washing machine worked, wifi was fine. Was worried after reading negative reviews but definitely value for money. Great for family, or group of friends plenty of space. Room like pictures and would stay there again. Easy to get around on foot to everywhere or catch a taxi.

The breakfast has a good range of food for you to choose from, the reception staff are always very helpful and polite, as well as the cleaning and kitchen staff. Every time over the pass 6 years when I come to Phuket I try book my accommodation here, it is close to most things, restaurants, bars, 7/11 and if you want a taxi, they’re 20 metres away.

That I had to leave and come back home. Myself I love staying here and my family did also. Only thing I can fault is that a shower curtain would be good.

The staffs are friendly, the room is spacious, the size of the bathtub is good for 2 and the balcony is equipped with couple of lawn chairs and a table.

The location wasn't at the closest to go to the beach or to the mall especially when it was raining almost everyday. Maybe if umbrellas were provided in every room it would be perfect. The bed firmness isn't to my liking.

Breakfast was cool I enjoyed the herbal tea and coffee. Indian food for vegetarian option. Classic toast and jam, nice fruits.. The rooms were awesome with a big bathtub, wash sprayer and waterfall shower head. Nice balcony in room. The pillow on the bed was sort of hard they could get some softer ones. Staff all friendly and willing to help if u need to order a taxi. The area was nice 7-11 and some good eats right outside and patong beach is like a 15 minute walk would go again.

Bathroom sink Tap only run hot water... And faucet was loose. Pillows not too soft.. Waterfall shower flood the bathroom hahaha But this is minor complaint everything was great!

Rooms are spacious, very comfortable beds, clean and the staff were very helpful Price is affordable and better than many 4 star hotels as many facilities are provided

If there were a smart TV I would give this hotel 10/10

All the staff were friendly and helpful with requests. Especially our regular housekeeping girl (Na?) on Level 4 The room was large and beds / bedding very comfortable. Shower fine although it did flood the bathroom if not careful with water pressure. OTOP bars and markets 2 mins walk across the bridge and only a short further walk through to the beach (across the main road and via lane next to Hooters) There is a popular local restaurant (Doodee`s) just around the corner (on the main road) There is the Phuket SMART bus hourly from/to the airport for 100 Bt drops on the main road outside OTOP on request

The roof top pool is fine but the sun furniture is a little neglected. No pool bar as others have said but not relevant to us Hotel standard matched the price we paid

We stayed at Heights Patong Hotel & Suites for seven days and we were very satisfied with our stay there. The staff was very kind and helpful. I asked for them to make a birthday decoration for my boyfriend's birthday and they did it perfect! The room was big and we had cleaning services every day .I absolutely recommend this hotel!!

Rooms are specious and clean. I booked a two bedroom family room. They have a nice swimming pool

We arrived late and found our room was given away to some other guest. They offered us two separate rooms which wasnt convinient at all as I was travelling with my two boys. They shifted us to our original booked rooms the next day.

Nothing to complain. The room was nice, staffs were friendly, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Great, large clean rooms. Big bed. Close to everything without being too noisy.

Very average shower set up. Slowest Lift in Patong.
