Everything is just perfect. Especially looking at the price. The rooms are big enough, there is a fridge, kettle, AC, TV, hot water with great pressure, big wardrobe. It's clean and people are friendly. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this place and we are happy that we booked it despite the rating.

I can't think of a one thing really and to be honest, those that rated this place with 1 star must be just mean.

Lift in the lobby was disgusting with liquid smears on the inside. Staff not friendly as woman at reception wouldn’t talk, man at reception friendly mainly towards women. Bed 100% needed a new mattress, springs were poking us all over our bodies and we couldn’t have a decent sleep, sheets has holes and stains and pillows were hard. Towels stained and frayed. Rooms often smelt of sewage. Doors not deadlockable so did not feel safe sleeping at night. No refreshments available for purchase. Had to ask for toilet paper every day. Extremely overpriced for what is was. Pictures on the booking website need to reflect what it actually is. Not child friendly.
