It’s beautiful and super comfy bed, smart tv where you can’t watch Netflix and YouTube. The room decor is modern and cosy. The price was very good. I would definitely stay there again. The area quite great sleep honestly.

Shower water wasn’t that hot but totally fine to some. Maybe a shower curtain will be good too. No lift so you have to use stairs every time.

Best place we have stayed so far in our 8 months of travelling. The staff were super friendly and helpful always welcoming us when we enter or leave. The room was clean and the cleaners provide bottled water every day with amenities such as shampoo and soap. Hot water and good shower pressure. Smart tv which allowed us to watch Netflix (providing you have ur own account) and location was perfect for us. 12 min walk to the beach and 15 walk to bangla road and nearby markets and shopping mall. There is literally everything within walking distance. Bed was huge and comfy and the fan and ac combo was really nice and kept the room fresh and cool. Also there was a fridge so you can buy snacks and drinks and keep it refrigerated.

The sheets were probably the softest we've ever had. The beds and pillows were so comfortable in general. The staff are very friendly and easy to communicate with in English.

At night it can be quite noisy outside. The second night I actually slept with my headphones on because of motorbikes and people sitting outside until late.

The apartment was very nice and clean, very friendly staff. Lovely outside bathroom. The only thing that I have to say that it was a bit noisy cause there is a open window at the bathroom. I could here the people on floor 4 showering and follow the conversation. That's my only thing, cause the people I've met were super helpful and kind. Nothing about that

We stayed in this property for 4 nights. It takes 700 thai bhat to go to this guesthouse from airport (one way). All the staffs were very helpful. We met Bell (the girl who received us on arrival) and she explained everything we need to know. She was very kind and helpful. You can walk to the beach in 15 mins. There is a 7Eleven just near the corner. Many restaurants and shops. They take 500 bhat for deposit on arrival and they give it back at checkout. The rooms were very clean, big and aesthetic. They also have a complimentary coffee station. We enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse.

Good location Comfortable rooms

Room can have tea/coffee sachets. Room can have a telephone to call reception for any needs, as there is no lift. For any query we had to walk up & down 4 floors.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a smart tv and a bathtub on the balcony. The shower worked well and provided hot water late in the evening. The staff at the front desk were friendly and the location of Le Cartier is within walking distance to the mall and Bangla Road.

We inherited 101 ants that were hard to see because of the colour of the floor tiles. When we got back from the beach our bags were full of them. Not a massive issue but would have been better to not have to deal with them. Unfortunately the rooms aren’t sound proofed so you can hear other guests coming in and out which would be a problem for light sleepers.

Such a lovely hotel / guesthouse. Aesthetically very nice. Polished concrete floors, all newly decorated throughout, the bed and linen seem new. 2 big fluffy pillows each! One softer one firmer. Staff very helpful and let us check in early and helped us rent scooters. The location is out of the main hustle and bustle of Patong which we personally like. You can easily walk to the dragon food market, one of the local coffee shops or the Big C and shopping malls. There is also a 7-11 on the corner. The room has a bath and bath bombs replaced each day. Nice touch! Clean towels daily and water and toiletries replaced.

The only downside is that there is no iron. However, there is a lovely lady with laundry on the side street adjacent to the hotel. She’s so kind, clothes came back smelling amazing and presses items for 10 baht an item. Just make sure you take your stuff early. We tried to get our clothes ironed before going out in the night and she’d finished for the day.
