The room has recently been completely renovated and is like new, clean and comfortable. Free Wi-Fi in good condition. Reasonable distance to walk to the beach and town center. The room was on the 8th floor and was quiet, with a nice view of the mountains on the right and a corner of the center on the left. The owner was very kind and friendly, and responded immediately to our requests and questions, making our stay a pleasant one. All the staff at the reception were very kind and made us feel at ease during our stay.

Only 1 key is available, which is required for elevator and building doors. It was uncomfortable to move around for two people separately

Location is a 15 minutes walk from the beach. There are restaurants and 7-11 nearby. The flat is well equipped. There is gym and pool (albeit not in great shape). Jesper is very responsive and agreed to provide additional cleaning service when I complained about the cleanliness of the flat

The flat was not in an acceptable state to receive customers. It hadnt been cleaned properly and the floor was dirty. I even found a small dead bug. The sheets and pillows didnt smell fresh and overall the flat has a mould problem. I think a dehumidifier could help the situation. The flat hasnt been maintained properly. Furniture is worn out. The bathroom has mould and the kitchen and bathroom handles are full of scale. Wifi is patchy and you need to continuously re-enter the log in details. Overall, there are many better options in Patong at even more economical prices. Even the icheckin residences in the same building/ same type of flat is cheaper at 700 baht per day
