Great place! I was looking place near the centre of Patong, but away from the loud streets. It was 10-15 min on foot to the Bangla street. The room was big, there was a refrigerator and air-condition, also there was a strongbox in the room. The balcony was spacious but I didn't use it. When we arrived there were two bottles with water in the room, which I like very much. The facility rents motorbikes, which is very convenient, however I was afraid of the organized chaos that is the Thai traffic. The best about the accommodation was the host, she helped us with many things and improved our stay tremendously.

Had a very quiet and calm night rest in a clean big room with good air-conditioning, excellent value for the money. Highly recommendable small hotel with pleasant staff.

Comfortable bed, nice staff they gave us some good tips on where to go.

The air-conditioning needs maintenance, it's started shooting ice out in the middle of the night. A shower curtain would be nice.
