The name of the hotel ‘THE NICE’ was easy to confuse with ‘The Nice Hotel’, another hotel in Patong, and something is off with the address - says it’s on Nanavi street but it really on a side street- had trouble finding my way at the beginning and ultimately gave tour companies an address of a different hotel on the block so they could find me.

Hotel from the outside didn’t look as new as it actually is on the inside, very modern, clean, spacious room, plenty of storage space, new furniture and bedding, new A/C, probably the most modern hotel we’ve stayed in, room serviced daily.

No safe, no coffee even though there’s a kettle, terrible shower layout, no division between toilet and shower head so everything gets soaking wet, rock hard bed and far from the beach.

Fantastic location, close to everything. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the hotel was both spotless and affordable—a great value for the price!

Friendly staff and allowed us an early check in which was lovely. Room was big and spacious with a little balcony area.

Hotel is quite far to the main area. Took around 25-30 minutes walk to beach and the main area. The locals were also playing football on the football pitch opposite the hotel until 5am on 2 nights out of the 3 we were there, so we had hardly any sleep due to the noise. A lot of shouting, screaming, cheering and ref whistling every 5 minutes.

Location is 1.5 kms from beach and Patong area
