How clean it was, the pool was well maintained, staff was very kind and accommodating.

The only 2 things which was an issue was that the ceiling is low so if your 6ft or above you accidentally bang your head alot, besides that the only issue was late on our last night a couple was very loud and having some form of domestic at gone 1am waking up majority of the guests.

Clean Room, easy approachable location. Comfy n cozy room. Neat n clean pool. Overall very nice stay.

I loved everything

The rooms were very clean the staff were great, good location close enough to everything but you also feel like your out of the way of the noise and they have moped hire for a good price too. Breakfast was good value for money. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe here staff are on 24:7 and it’s a lovely atmosphere. I come back to Phuket in June and plan to stay here

The Main Street is hard to walk on as there’s no pavement and it’s really busy I found it easier getting around on my moped. Not really the accommodations fault just worth noting.

I had a fantastic experience here! The staff was awesome—super helpful and always available when needed. I really appreciated the organization and structure, as they have clear rules that keep everything running smoothly. The location is unbeatable—quiet at night but within walking distance to everything. The pool was cute and refreshing, perfect for relaxing. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The only small downsides were that the bed was a bit hard, and the shower drain didn’t flush as well as it could. But honestly, it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our stay. I’d still highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

The pool was great, room was comfortable with good aircon. Really enjoyed it!

We had to give a significant deposit, and please take pictures of the mini fridge when you arrive. Staff accused us of drinking things from it that weren’t put in there when we arrived - luckily we had pictures to show that the things we supposedly drank weren’t in there. Hiked prices due to the dates we stayed in December - but everywhere does that unfortunately.

Room was very decent, clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, and not very hard. AC wasn't smelly and was quite silent when working at night. There is a pool. You can take additional towels near the reception to lay on beach bed. Once our stay has ended in one room we have asked to extend our stay here. We got the bigger room with window to the outside, which is way better than a room with no sunlight. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had some minor incidents regarding rent but everything was sorted very quickly and with no stress.

There was a little bit of mold around bathroom glass window seal. Room was on the first floor so you always need to cover window with a blind for privacy. of course then it will get dark, so you wont be able to tell when its morning because you wont receive any sunlight, but that's not a worry if you wake up with alarm.

While the property has many attractive features, one downside is the presence of a lot of mosquitoes, which can be a nuisance, especially during the warmer months when you want to enjoy the outdoor spaces.

Wifi is terrible!!! No words better to describe how terrible the wifi connection is and it 100% will be may main reason why i will not book for long term as i know everyday could be the day i stand up and book anywhere else! If you got simcard with wifi then this is an amazing hotel! If you don’t need wifi then this is an AMAZING hotel!!! But if you need wifi then their can’t be any bigger mistake then booking this place unless you have a simcard with wifi then DEFINITELY GO FOR THIS HOTEL!!! Look how disappointed i am by their wifi and still Re-booking them over and over! And i’m not renting the cheapest rooms but their Top most Expensive rooms!! The jacuzzi SPA room. So you can imagine the rooms and the staff how amazing they will be.

We were a little apprehensive reading some of the reviews for this hotel. The staff were really friendly and the rooms were clean, had everything you needed. Our door wouldn't lock, mentioned it to the staff and it was replaced within 10 mins with a brand new lock. The beers and pool are cold, the Aircon works and you are tucked away from the busy road but close enough for everything you need. Hard to beat at the price.
