Nice view from the hill The woman that works in the hotel was very pleasant and attentive. For example, I told her about my early check out before the breakfast and she proposed to make some sandwiches the night before so that I can have something to eat in the morning.

There was no water in the morning when I checked out. But as far as I understood it was more the issue with the town infrastructure rather than with the hotel. The hotel is located ON THE HILL, exactly as the name says. When I was moving from my previous hotel to this one by walk (they were close), I literally thought I’d die climbing that hill despite I was in a good shape (I have intensive workouts 3 times per week). I would recommend this hotel, only if you plan to travel by bike or car from and back there.

Beautiful property with fantastic views from the balconies. The rooms were large, very clean and are without doubt the nicest we’ve stayed in whilst in Phuket. The staff were fantastic and I’d recommend to anyone this beautiful place.

We loved it all. Due to its location on top of a very steep hill, I’d not recommend it if you have any mobility issues.

up on a really steep hill. It was fun. there are 2 ways to get up the hill. id suggest going the longer route because the shortest is really steep

You need transfer to go and back to the beach or center! My opinion the hotel must to have free transfer from hotel to beach 3-4 times a day.

cleanliness, maintenance and noise are an issue when you're paying x4 more than anyway else in Thailand for a lesser room and facilities

Breakfast, omelette, two slices of toast, coffee and butter, that's it

The location of the hotel in a terrible place, there is a 350 meter climb and you can't get a taxi or transportation, everything is on foot, going down and going up is simply horrible

The view was good, just for 1 night, that was fine.

We stayed there 3 rooms for 1 night during peak season in Phuket, reservation made 2 month advance, 3 days before arrival we contact to hotel slow respond, no answer. until we contacted the application customer services, and we got answers from the hotel that they don't have the room for us due to the water system. However, they should contact us before arrival or ASAP as they know this problem, but NO! any information to us. Finally, we get the room, but again, they downgrade us from the original room type. On arrival day, I saw many people waiting and asking for their room, I guess someone did not get the room. At the night i see every room had guest, On departure day, their staff nock the door and asking us to see our booking confirmation and she said she doesn't have our information due to their team don't give to on-site staff, again 11:00 asking us for checkout due to they need to make up the room for next check in guest. 😆 I guess all happened from overbooking from reservations management and coordination of their staff. However, thank you for given us the room.

Pros : Pai & Veevy who works in the hotel deserve 10+ stars. -Room is big and balcony too. Cons : - The Hotel is not 4 stars, i believe its only 2 stars as mentioned in Google Maps - In fact the hotel deserves only 0.5 a half star. -Bed is uncomfortable. -Breakfast has very limited option only 6 or 7 items. -Water is always cut mosy of the day which really a big problem since you have to wait for tanker truck to fill it up which comes only one time a day. -Housekeeping is only from 8 am till 4 pm. -Room Service is not available at all. -Swimming pool is very small and not clean at all. -Big Size Cars or vans Taxis refuse to come to the hotel because of the narrow road leading to the property.

There is a nice view to the city from the balcony since it’s located on a hill as it names states. Other than that it was my worst stay in Phuket.

1- The reception closes at 20:00 it was my luck to arrive a bit earlier and find someone there. ( this important piece of information is not mentioned anywhere and don’t bother to tell. 2- The receptionist was not informed about my reservation and after a long commuting I had to wait until she checks with the manager/ owner who didn’t bother to inform. 3- most Taxes and toktoks don’t get to this point due to its narrow location. I had to carry my luggage up a steep dark hill with no signs and stray dogs( they also don’t bother to mention). I felt my heart beats every time a taxi dropped me off at night and had to walk alone. If you don’t have a bike it’s impossible. I couldn’t wait for the moment to leave ( 30 minutes walking to bangla and patong beach, 17 minutes by car) 4- after all this trouble I wanted to rest the day after my trip, and my door opens around noon while sleeping and after I screamed the receptionist said she forgot I was in the room. 3- there was no running water the night and morning of my check out, had to wait until the tank is filled up claiming it’s an Island problem which is nonsense as I checked with other hotels and never heard such an excuse. Despite that I hat to wait until water is filled which was close to my check out time since I haven’t showered since the day before, they kept nagging about check out time. 5- the breakfast is very basic with no dinning area, she just brought it to my room and didn’t know where to eat as it was too hot to eat. 6- bathroom and kitchen windows without curtains looking directly to the outside so ppl can see the inside. I couldn’t wait to leave this place as I was suffering

I arrived at 8 pm and there wasn’t no one person at the reception even though ceck in on booking was from 2-10pm with taxi driver we called 2/3 numbers on display some people answered who didn’t know what to do and no one arrived the room was given to me next day at 12.00 wasn’t ready I had to stay in another hotel…and pay..at the hotel little water arrive in the shower in the bathroom there is a strong smell from toilet sheets and towels all stained broken dirty the road to get the hotel is a long climb about 30 minutes from bangla road and more from the beach you need a motorbike or taxi always you can cook but the pans are missing I had to buy them.NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE HOTEL NO RECOMMEND.
