Most of the staff were excellent, a couple of ladies not quite so. The hotel and rooms were kept spotless, aircon in the room was very good. Lots of bars, food places and shops close by, 20 minute walk to beach or Bangla Road area. Decent restaurant next to reception which is open from 17:30 every evening except Monday All in all very good value for the money

The location is quite nice however the fact that there’s another building (I believe is a hotel) takes out your privacy. The room is super nice, good size, good bathroom. Soda is a cutie. It’s close to restaurant and shops and even the beach is not so far.

Just the fact that you don’t have much privacy depending on the room.

the hotel was fun, very clean and nice and quiet ... not too much noise .... i went in rainy season so the weather was not the best but of course this is no fault of the hotel's ..soda is an excellent host and very happy to help you every step of the way.. i thoroughy recommend

It was a wonderful stay with great hospitality, excellent staff, and very clean rooms. We loved it all. The manager, Soda was a friendly and sweet lady, who took very good care of all of us (we were a large group with senior citizens and young children). Overall, we had a fantastic experience!

Everything is fantastic. Soda is awesome & very very helpful whenever you need assistance. Room, bed, shower all good. Very humble staff at their restaurant, pizza is very good. I almost ended up eating pizza as my dinner daily. I recommend this hotel.

Clean, Comfortable. Working lift. Quiet location . Toilet paper and fresh towels were provided daily. Room was big and airy.

Soap and toiletries were not replaced despite asking as we stayed for 5 nights. Satellite tv kept breaking down on English channels

Everything was perfect. Just 2 little DETAILS, 1) the shower IS missing Just a Hand size part in the floors what makes It wet, but the daily housekeeping cleans It só no big deal 2) one more trash Bin would be useful

Lovely clean, quiet hotel with excellent price/quality ratio. The rooms are not flashy but comfortable, cleaned daily thoroughly. A convenience store is just next to it, and a number of restaurants.

Soda, the Manager, takes good care of you. Very sweet lady, all the rest of staff is cool as well. Rooms r in good condition, great location if u have scooter.
