Love this place! Great, friendly staff, super clean and big modern room with big outside balcony city view. Comfortable massive bed with clean new linen, comfy big chair, cable TV, fridge, kettle, super high power and hot shower, SUPER fast internet (over 500mbs). We were on the top floor which was great if you want the city view balcony but no street noise. They have rooms at the back too if you want to be away from the road and quiet. They have a bar/restaurant downstairs with a free pool table. The staff are really nice, our air con stopped working and they moved us to a new room of our choice instantly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you are in Patong, great location near to Junceylon/Bangla etc.

i loved the cleanliness and the staffs are very friendly. they will chat with you, asking where did you go etc. even gives suggestions on where to go in Phuket. they are really helpful, they made you feel comfortable for staying there

none to be mentioned. i really like the place. it meets our expectation. furthermore, we didn't stay much in the hotel, we just leave the room for them to clean, and they really clean it well. i love it.

The room was pretty great, spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. It was open 24-7 so coming and going at late nights was not a problem. They had a restaurant downstairs and served alcohol and beer as well.

We booked the two bedroom suite, and the only downside was one bedroom did not had any windows at all. Therefore, if the lights were turned off, the room was pretty dark even in the middle of the day.

Great hotel with decent facilities and daily housekeeping which has been a hit and miss elsewhere in Thailand. Lots of fairly-priced restaurants and convenience stores all around.

I was asked to pay a higher price than I had been quoted by booking.com which is something that has never happened to me anywhere else.

The staff is incredible!! So helpful and kind. I extended twice and they helped me stay in the same room even though it had already been booked. The second time when I switched to a cheaper room they let me check in early. Location is great, just a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops around. Room is clean, big and comfortable. Nice balcony as well. Very very priceworthy, I will definitely come back xx <3

Brand newl modern feel extremely clean hot water air con fridge tv. kettle with free tea and coffee Balconey with amazing westerly sea view. i liked the branding on water bottles / shampoo shower gel!!!. Bar, Restaurant pool table. Elevator- being on 6th floor!. The room was exactly as the photo.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Not far from the main strip in Patong. The best part was how safe I felt in this accommodation. The staff members (the manager and the owner) were so lovely and caring, they went out of their way to help me and I really appreciate that. The people are always important as they help to create special moments ✨️

I needed some papers for the tax refund, was promised the receptionist would handle it and handover the papers to my room but even to the last minute it wasnt available. The rest was so much amazing and pretty good.

Very good breakfast (egs, meat, vegies, toast, butter, jam, tea/coffee). Very clean room, good rooom cleaning every day. Location close to main city parts and beach. Free parking for guests.

Staff could be more nice, especialy during breakfast we felt unwelcome. Nois: if room is facing street it is super loud all the time, windows are bad so no noise cancelation. Also air conditing is very loud.

Great place for the price. Big rooms with balcony. Some come with free breakfast. Has elevators. And a full restaurant downstairs. The room has space for laptop office. The internet is very fast. 5G. 400-500mbps

The bed could be more comfortable. The bathroom shower gets the whole shower wet.
