I had a wonderful stay at Grand View Premium. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Luca, the owner, is an incredibly kind and helpful person, always making sure guests feel comfortable. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious, cozy, and very clean. The hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing stay. Initially, I wasn’t sure about the hotel, so I only booked for a few days. However, once I realized how much I liked it, I wanted to extend my stay—but unfortunately, there were no more available rooms. Next time I visit, I will book this hotel without any hesitation for my entire stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Location : so peaceful and so beautiful for me Properly: very comfortable , clean and teddy Staff: integrity- by mistake I left my hand bag where having all my money and credit cards they kept it for me as is no one have taken anything, they kept for me in a save place. Everything is new and well maintained. The room was clean, towels were changed every day. The fridge is big. There is microwave oven too. The smart TV works well. The location is excellent, less than 10 min walking from the Banzaan market and the near mall.

The entrance is on a steep slope and the parking space is small. But we got used to it after a day or two, then everything was fine. Anyone with some driving experience should do fine on that road. The electricity stopped twice during our stay, always in the morning, from around 7-8 to 10-11 am. During that time the AC doesn't work and there is no water. But we know that the hotel is not responsible for it and all hotels in the area are affected.

We meet the owner named Luca, he welcomed us warmly and his treatment was excellent to us. The apartment as it’s on the website comfort, big, clean and has many amenities. We thank him so much for his remarkable service and his staff as well. Ultimately, I highly recommend his property to everyone who wants to be around Phuket. Thank you so much. The only thing I didn't like was the pressure in the shower was a bit low. The temperature was great, but It was just lacking a bit of pressure,but no way would that stop me from staying again,

I was away from the main hotel, in room number 2. For the price, it was very spacious. The customer service was good, too, and they reacted quickly to two problems I had with the air-con unit and shower

Not the hotels fault, but the climb up the hill was hard sometimes. The bed was very soft.

The location, conveniently tucked away from noisy Nanai road and its bars. Quite spacious room, spotlessly clean upon arrival. Very kind owner and staff.

No grand view at all, as my room (number 3) was facing a street restaurant kitchen, resulting in some lack of privacy when curtains were open. WiFi was a little troublesome, but not a big issue when on holiday.

quiet part of patong and yet not far from the center of activity and crazy content😊. the studio is very nice am the new furniture is clean and fragrant. if he is free in august i will come back
