As my partner and I are both hotel general managers, I selected this hotel to celebrate her birthday as the hotel had a great reviews and was nearby. Not only was the hotel beautifully designed and well-maintained, but they very kindly upgraded our room and Krajeab, the assistant restaurant manager, was delightful. She helped to set up the private dining in the Jungle, which was stunning, and was a real pleasure to deal with. Mausam looked after us during the dinner and was very attentive. The birthday amenities in the room were elegant & tasty. Their breakfast is probably one of the best in Patong and had a huge variety. Lovely pool, chil music and plenty of sunbeds available. All in all a wondeful, albeit short stay. Highly recommended and well done to the team.

The location was nice, everything in the Patong is near you. Maximum walk I would say 22 minutes maybe.

The location of our suite was far, I don’t know if I paid more maybe they well lets us go to another suite were it have a nicer view. The problem is we are at the end of the building. And it would take around 5 minute walk to get to the reception and most Bolt drivers wouldn’t wait 5 minutes and leave. I hope they indicate the location of the suite in there website or booking so I can know where to stay regardless of the price. One more thing I didn’t like that the food delivery drivers are not allowed to enter to deliver the food to your suite nor the staff won’t bring it..

A stunning hotel to enjoy the vacation in Phuket. We stayed for 2 nights and were amazed by the facilities, view, and hospitality of the staff. It sure is a high-end hotel. However, the money is worth the experience provided by the staff. Its remommended to add breakfast in as they had such a large variety, and the taste of the dishes was amazing. The resort also had an in-house massage centre. We tried it for 60 mins massage, and it was also worth it with very reasonable rates. Overall a great experience staying with them and a very good choice of high-end resort in Phuket

This hotel is imaginary this my second stay in Dinso and i will visit it again and again, i always book the pool villa and its put of this world you feel like you’re in heaven. The stuff are helpful, friendly and polite. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options that you cant choose what to eat from the variety. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The property was beautiful and at a perfect location! We had stayed in the pool rooms so the view was breathtaking! The breakfast could be improved but liked it anyways. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is perfect for singles, couples and families. It was a 13 min walk to Patong beach ! There’s also a scooter rental place right next door which was great! The bathroom was spacious and beautiful. The terrace was really nice as well.

The insects in the room on the first day were really bad around the bed but the room is high up next to the trees so it was expected. When it rains, the lift to the rooms don’t work and walking down to the lobby is a bit hazardous. The room itself is a bit tight, so can’t place your bags on the floor without stepping over it to get around. Because of the rain, we didn’t use the pool much so was a bit of a waste of money (so would recommend booking this out of monsoon season :) ) also didn’t like how the kettle was upstairs and not in the actual room. Would be nice to have it in the room.

Property is central, food and drinks are inexpensive for a 5* hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Their shrimp Phad Thai and pork is a must try… 😍

The property is unique as it gives you a jungle feel.

Music was loud and played until late time. This considered noise pollution as it is not health especially when you come with kids.
