Comfortable bed, had everything we needed and the air conditioning worked very well. Lots of restaurants nearby and a 711 as well as laundromat right below it which was great

As we were in a room by the road the traffic noise was quite loud but easy fix with earplugs, I imagine this is the case with all the hotels in the area though and didn’t bother us.

First the location is great. It is far away enough from the loud night life of Patong, but close enough to access all of Patong on foot. A 15minute walk to the beach. The 7-11, a water filling station and a laundry facility was next door. Plenty of restaurants on the street, and the hotel has it's own Italian restaurant downstairs. I rented a scooter from the hotel, which was easy to do. The owners and staff are all freindly, very accommodating and helpful. Wi-Fi was good Nice big room and shower with hot water. The room had sound proofing windows so very quiet for sleeping. I will go back here if I go to Patong again

The room is spacious. They provided all the facilities mentioned. Room was neat and clean. Location is good for the price. Rental scooters were available in house at reasonable price. We never been but also has rooftop restaurant.

Hot water was not enough hot, just barely warm.

I give a "9" for the excellent value for money below 500 Baht/night for room for 2 persons. Good, clean, economy room with kettle, good bathroom, nothing to complain. . Had room to a quiet side-street , not main road. Matrasses a bit hard, but I like that. There is an italian restaurant downstairs, pizza looks very good, I did not try because I wanted more to experience thai food Hotel is still in good walking distance to southern part of Patong beach.

Internet modem in 2nd floor seemed not to work, so I used 1st floor or 3rd floor, which was a bit weak signal. Not to blame the Hotel : Phuket , especially Patong is totally over-touristic, congested, bus trip to airport nearly 2 hours. Mainly for sex-tourism, getting drunken or cannabis use. Will not come back to Phuket.

Quite cute room with a balcony and a teapot that is really nice and comfortable. Also there was a fridge to keep products. Plus there was a shower gel and shampoo. I seldom like the pillows but this time they re great, soft and not so big. There s only 1km way to the beach.

Disconnected from wifi very often, so if you work remotely, this hotel isn't the best option for you. Moreover there was no drinkable water in the room, you should buy it. According to my opinion the double bed was too small.

I recently spent 18 days at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were consistently friendly, greeting me warmly every time I came and went. The owner Salvatore was really nice and made an effort to ensure I felt welcome. One of the highlights of staying here was the amazing pizza from the shop downstairs - seriously delicious and great staff! I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed here on three different occasions as it was cheap due to offer season in Thailand and my stay on all three occasions was good and comfortable in all aspects.

They don't have 24* 7 staff or reception hence they should inform the guests about their working hours . They collect 1000 thb as security deposit and if the guests has early check out then they will not have anyone to refund the amount at the time of check out . This happened to me but somehow I managed to collect it on my second visit to Phuket

View is the Joy of this hotel. She was so helpful so nice thank you for your kindness your smile everyday and all your help. We will come back because the Patong is very well located. We look forward to see how it looks after the renovation The manager is very welcome also..

The room is à bit small for 4 People compared to other hotels we booked There is no space for clothes .just a little drawers. No space for beach towels to dry in the bathroom or to hang clothe in the room so we had to keep everything in our bags.

All good, the room was clean, the AC working well, there was a desk so I could do some online work, and there were blackout curtains which is very helpful. At the end I forgot my deposit but they found a way to send it to me which was super sweet, thanks a lot^^

It's very noisy outside, but it's like this everywhere in that area.
