Good price. Comfy beds. Clean. Curtains at the bed for privacy. Towel provided. Reading light and electric plugs available. Large room with alot of space to put your luggage. Nice staff. Pretty quiet during the night. Small terrace with chairs and tables. Aircon and fans.

*No common kitchen available. But 7-Eleven is just 50m away, so you can get anything there. *Bit loud sometimes during rush hours, because of the street. Not a main street but big enough to have some traffic.. but at night after 10pm it's mostly quiet. During the day it's not too loud either, just noticable. It didn't bother me much. For me was ok.

The property was well located near the beach and easily accessible to all the famous spots. Ram ji was very welcoming and greets everyone with his great pleasant attitude. He even offered me his bike to go have dinner and is always available. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Phuket!
