Room was large and very clean. We had a pool view with balcony which was lovely to enjoy. The staff was very friendly and helped us to our room with our luggage. Breakfast options were good

Upon checkout my partner handed in the key card to reception and due to us having to rush off as our taxi was waiting we didn’t get our 2000baht deposit back(partly our own fault as we forgot) However, the reception staff didn’t acknowledge this or remind us of this prior to leaving the hotel upon checking out. Have since been in touch with them regarding this to try and get it back.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Breakfast was ok not alot of selection but the staff cooked fresh egg dishes so that was nice.Dishes were fresh everyday and the fruit was top quailty.

A few loud patrons but thats to be expected at night,pretty normal for a holiday hotel.Other than that it was fine.

Absolute great value for money! The room was fairly new and huge! All of the staff was great and very friendly as well, especially Kim at the reception. Room was cleaned every day, water and coffee included. TV channels were great even though you probably don't need it. Large swimming pool, great for doing laps in the morning. Brand new scooters can be rented at the hotel, tours and tickets for all Phuket shows as well. There's a 7/11 within 5mins walking distance but everything you need can be bought at the hotel as well, for a very fair price.

Breakfast has a lot of room to improve but like the restaurant, the hotel was still not fully staffed and not all the areas were open due to 2years of COVID closure. The mattress was very hard but you get additional toppers if needed, just ask at the reception.

I like how it was not too close and not too far from the patong center and beach. I had a good quiet night and I had a fun night too as it was easy to get to the party place by means of car, tuktuk taxi through grab app. I love the pool! They have a good size of pool for a kid then next to it a good size of an adult pool with views of the mountain and city. They have a pool bar and restaurant too. Perfect while having a dip. ☺️ My kid enjoyed it. The lobby was huge, the room size was a great size than the rest of the hotels standard room size that I have been through. AC is good enough for me and my kid. Comfy beds. Lovely ladies at the front desk. Kim & Krup. They are super friendly and accomodating. Will surely come back again!

Breakfast was everyday same and no oats Staff needs to be more professional dealing with guests There’s some guests that keeps screaming at night and there’s noising at night from them

The private dinner with the sunset view of all of patong bay is amazing , we never seen this view before , you must see , the property is so big and close to nature and free shuttle bus to patong daily , amazing massage lady , room 2407 is amazing
