Fantastic location near the beach with very clean room & bathroom, good bed, spacious enough for 2 people and air conditioned. Balcony area is shared where you can relax and enjoy the breeze on windy days. There is a small pantry accessible to guests where you can make tea or coffee, and they provide free fruits (mangoes, bananas, apples), cookies and cakes which you can help yourself to, as well as a common fridge where you get free water bottles and can store things to keep cool. Free bicycle available to use which is a plus in Prachuap area. Friendly staff - they don’t speak much English but will try their best to assist you (borrowing cutlery, exchanging towels, and confirming pickup by our minivan company)

Minor point - we wished that they use the big water containers for guest to refill water instead of the small water bottles. Less plastic and probably cheaper for them.

The balcony is very nice. But when all rooms are occupied there is not much privacy. But the balcony gives fresh air when it is hot. And the owner is so very friendly. He picked me up from the railway station at 4 in the morning and also did bring me back when I left.

Depends on the other guests. I found it very unpolite that the guest in the first room took the chair and the table from the balcony to her room. As I say there is not much privacy.

The view from the balcony and communal area. Facing the sea. Early mornings you can watch the fishermen selling the wares. It's a great room with a comfortable bed. Free hot drinks and fruit all day. Excellent location. Lots of variety of restaurants catering for all budgets within an easy walk. Free bicycles for around town or to go to Ao Manao beach. Enjoyed it so much I've changed my plans to return here and have already booked. Highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike

Great little guesthouse. Right on the front with good views over the bay. Comfortable bed, good air con, good WiFi and excellent shower. Free coffee and hot drinking water 24/7 and plenty of free bottled water too. Nice shared fridge. Owner even puts some fruit out in the morning: mangos or bananas when I was there. Free use of three "boneshaker" bikes Great communication prior to my visit. Would certainly recommend.

Really lovely place. The room is huge. The air con works perfectly (with a modern remote) and you don't have to mess around for half an hour to understand it. The owner is so nice and keeps to himself, no fuss. But there is always cold water and snacks. So helpful. There is some lovely cats and the property literally overlooks a Chinese temple. I like to believe you can feel the nice energy of it inside the house. Also the bay view is astonishing for the price and the local restaurants are nice. The one just outside the house has a lovely vibe.

That I can't stay here forever!

Great walkable location in town. Very basic but clean. A new firm mattress, 2 towels, 2 blankets, hot water shower, aircon, and a floor fan. Super nice covered balcony with seating and sunrise views. Nice and quiet after about 9pm. Friendly owner, although I had to speak my bad Thai with him. He let me park my car on the premises, which I greatly appreciated.

Key card disconnected all power to the room when you left. It's to be expected at this price point, but still annoying. Shampoo and shower gel in dispenser looked old and a little gross.

This place is located just next to the beach nearby the city centre, with a nice view at the sea. Clean, quiet, peaceful, relaxing. Beds are very comfortable and made me fell asleep so fast. Bicycles rent for free. It's located just next to a beautiful Chinese temple. Good restaurants nearby. Also Khao Lom Muak and the military base in the neighborhood. Definitely a stunning place.

Everything was fine.

We had an amazing stay, we originally booked two nights and extended for four more - even got a room with a better view. The balcony overlooks the promenade and the ocean. It's a cute little town with little tourism but lots of good food stalls, a nice beach area in the military base and incredibly friendly people. We felt very welcome here, especially with the staff who were so friendly and helpful.

Due to the close distance to the ocean, you can hear the fishing boats when they leave in the morning. If you are a light sleeper you might want to pack ear plugs, apart from that there is very little noise though.

The location is excellent, Prachuap is a beautiful city and this hotel is right on the beach. The room we book had windows looking out at the ocean, and there is a large shared balcony to sit and relax. It's a very affordable price, and our stay was quiet, relaxing, and clean. The bathroom was good with working hot water.

I'm very happy with the price, value, and quality. But it is not the Hilton. It's not ultra luxury. You can stay here and be comfortable for a very fair price and in a beautiful location. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Good view from room, as well as balcony (just as the name of hotel). Can always enjoy the sea view when I was lying on bed, sitting on chair on balcony, or walking around near hotel. Also, very kind owners and staffs impressed me. They gave me quick response on Booking messages, and can be contacted even at night.

It will be better if slippers are provided. But anyway, I can prepare one by myself.
