Everything was perfect for the price I paid. Room was clean and even had a sink and some basic plates and cutlery where you can eat out of and clean up afterwards. Bed was comfortable. Shower and toilet was nice as was the water pressure. Stayed during the weekdays so felt like I was only one around and had the nice swimming pool all to myself. Will be back for sure next time to run on the 10k track around the reservoir like originally planned.

The most important LIKE was the staff at the hotel - Great kitchen and the most helpful (3) people who worked there - the Breakfast was very big and so good - best Brekky I have enjoyed in years. Bar service was friendly and the bar person always smiling and friendly Room - in one word excellent! Location is good - Sentosa and family living in Pattaya We will be back next year and will pass on the above comments to any friends heading towards Pattaya

The service was excellent and Tony and his staff made our stay very enjoyable. An interesting note is that if you want to extend your stay and Booking.com says there are no available rooms it would be best to contact Tony direct to see if there are in fact rooms available. The area around Mabrachan lake is very peaceful with a good balance of some nice restaurants that don't disturb the peace, you can take an evening run or cycle around the lake too.

The lady who runs it is fantastic. Anything you need you only have to ask. No food. But lots to choose from very close 🙂

No breakfast but good choice locally. Location perfect for me with running and cycling tracks across the road and very close to Siam Country Club for golf.

A toaster in the room would have been a good idea. They have a small kitchen area in the room with a refrigerator & a kettle

No breakfast but options locally.......Paddy's Bar exceptional. Used this as a base to watch a golf tournament......perfect.

Comfortable room, nice pool, great location.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were very spacious. Overall the property was spotless clean.
