The pool was stunning and the rooms were quite aesthetically pleasing.

It was 40 degrees and they would not in any way let us check in even 30 minutes earlier. We arrived at noon to check in and we asked if we could have the rooms a bit earlier and they did not even try or budge stating it’s their strict policy. I have been to so many hotels that compromise if a room is ready. With their check out being 11:00am a room should’ve been ready if they actually wanted to accommodate us.

Nice architecture, quiet place with a pleasant pool. The staff was friendly and helpfull. They also did their best the give me an early check in, despite the high season. Breakfast buffet was very OK.

Depends on you preferences. This place is near the town and therefore further away from quiet beaches. At the other hand, it allows you to eat cheap and good local food nearby! One thing: please serve real coffee for breakfast instead of instant.

We booked the pool access room which is worth it. After a hot day walking around it is great to just get home and flop into the pool. There is pool bar that looks like it is unused, but you can order a beer from the reception and drink at the pool bar. At night the hotel is quiet, and you can get a good night's rest. To get into the main part of Ko Samet it is a 300-meter walk. It is busy is the main area but where the hotel is located it is quiet. The staff are great and the breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious.

The beds are very low to the ground which may be issue for guests with mobility issues.

Very good hotel, with urban and clean rooms. The best rooms are on the 1 floor (with your own access to the pool) . But be careful ,not all rooms on the 1 floor are with that one, some of them have only balcony. Very tasty and good breakfast. The personal is friendly and smiley, I like that. My family & I have a rest here 2 times and I know that we will come back again :) The price = service.

Walking to and from at night it is not very well lit, however they do provide a torch. Not too far to walk to Main Street or beach. Room was a little dark but I didn’t mind.

The resort is quite new made, with a decent 3* quality and nice large swimming pool. The room size was ok and had all amenities required for a short time staying. Location is not really close to the beach, but for western people still walking, acceptable distance of about 500m. On the other hand, this little remote location pays back with a quiet ambient at night, best for a deep sleep (if the rythmical erroneous toilet flushing of neighboring room would not occur). The best host I ever meet, a very pleasant and slim Thai lady, was helping us with all questions, she did a fantastic job!

There are some minor things missing, like some towell hangers in the bathroom, or a small light for the night showing the way to bathroom. TV set doesnt have any english speaking channel or movie and the breakfast is offering the same not tasty items every day, which are also not made for westerners. I missed alot a good coffee in the morning and the quite low investment into an automatic coffee brewing machine would have solved this problem. Management should really consider this...

- rooms are slightly dated but reflected with affordable cost - no hand soap in bathroom, easy win here for hotel - vegan options lacking at breakfast

Big family rooms, cleaning staff did an excellent job. Pool is good when weather is bad and you get tired of the beach. All staff are friendly and helpful. And did the best they could. Made us feel welcomed and taken care off. Beach is just 5 min walk and so is the food places and shops.I would come back to Stellars

I recently had the pleasure of staying at stellar Hotel and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for a wonderful stay. Your hotel exceeded all of my expectations and I truly had a great experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and your team did a fantastic job making me feel welcome and comfortable. The pool was definitely a highlight of my stay. It was clean, well-maintained, and provided the perfect escape from the heat. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room - it was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed to feel at home. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at stellar Hotel. Calm and quiet despite not being too far from the town centre and beach. Two bottles of free drinking water once a day.

No hand soap in the bathroom and the occasional mosquito in the room.
