I like the room, it's clean even it's a bit smaller than the price. I like the cartoon book at the reception and 24/7 coffee services

The harbourland looks older and smaller than I expected. The other children's facilities were also limited by time and crowded. The high room rate must include something special, like a fast-track service. One more thing about the pool, the balloons are so hot in the afternoon, it should have something, like a water pump, to make it ready for playing And one important thing about food, it was so bad and did not match the room rate

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and beautifully maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness throughout the property was impressive. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety to suit every taste. One of the highlights for me was that the hotel had plenty of activities for kids, which kept my daughter entertained and happy throughout our stay.

The only downside was that the beach wasn’t available during weekdays, which was disappointing since we stayed on weekdays and couldn’t enjoy it. However, this didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

I like your facilities such as Mini Harbor Land and Onsen that make my family impressed with them. And also I love the facilities in the room; Kitchen, Counter Bar, Microwave, and Refrigerator big size

I would like to share with you that; Have a fly in your restaurant when I had breakfast and lunch. It makes me annoyed but I think it is because you have some open-air area.

Kids facilities were great, staff are very accommodating and the Ofuro was superb

Mini harbor land inside. The onsen. The pool. Apartment type with washing machine.

A/C is hard to control and blows right to the bed even after fan adjusted. Top shelf of the closet is full of dust.

Plenty of facilities to keep kids busy. Nice and clean, friendly staff. Veriaty of breakfast options and good restaurants near by.

Hotel beach is more like a sandbox with no access to sea. Beach in the area is generally rocky.

Room, and Bathroom was very nice. Breakfast with lots of choices including Thai, Western and some Japanese menu. Facility in the hotel is kids' paradise. Japanese food served at the hotel restaurant is not bad at all.

Though the facility was very nice, on weekend the hotel was totally packed with guests, 90% is family with children. Mini Harbour Land was full, pool was full, breakfast table was fully occupied. If possible, try to avoid weekend.
