Friendly hotel staff always helpful with information. The room was spacious and had a good view of the sea. The layout of the room is good. Nice 40 inch Toshiba LED TV sits on a spacious long cabinet. The large mid size refrigerator is very handy to keep ice cream in the freezer. The bath and face towels are very good quality. Shower water pressure is excellent and plenty of hot water. The faucet also has hot water which is above normal. There is a Tops Daily convenient store in the hotel building making it most convenient to get things. At the back of the hotel only a 3 min walk is the large shopping center Central Sri Racha. You have everything and more there in Central. In front of the hotel are several restaurants. There is a seaside public park about 15 mins walk from the hotel.

It would be more convenient if the room had a safety box.

I’ve never seen a hotel like this before. It is located in an ideal location. It is just a 100-meter walk to Central Sriracha and a 0-meter walk to Samitivej Hospital. The room is very clean and spacious, featuring a movable work desk that allows you to create a customised work environment within the room. It is ideal for those who work anywhere. The price is incredibly budgeted. Last but not least, for cat lovers, a receptionist is an adorable cat in a lovely shirt.

It would be great if there were a breakfast service.

The staff was warm and welcoming; their friendliness really stood out to me. The bed was comfy, and the studio was perfectly equipped for an overnight stay. It was conveniently situated near Tops and had good food options around, mostly Japanese and Thai. Grab can deliver if you prefer Western food.

The AC was not clean; it was obvious it hadn't been serviced or cleaned in a long time, as it was full of dust. It was also noisy when switched on. If you're a light sleeper, you might have trouble sleeping because the walls are really thin, and you can hear your neighbors coming and going in their rooms. That being said, you can't expect more for the price that was paid. It's still good value.

Very basic, but nice studio condo with a partial view of the bay. Bare bones, no cooking stuff, but we didn’t need it. The breakfast was just OK, and the staff was friendly. The Wi-Fi was decent, and the shower was outstanding, best flow and highest temperature I’ve been able to find yet in SE Asia.

Has an infinity pool, but not a single ounce of shade anywhere to be found! What a waste that on a nice sunny day, you really can’t really utilize this beautiful pool 🥲

The calming, Japanese interior design and colors. The fitness centre and pool. The location across the road from the waterfront. Friendly reception staff. Quietness of the area. Self- service washing machines 50b and drying rack on the balcony.

Just two small things. The studio was under the 2 person category on booking.com, congruent with a double bed, 2 towels and so on, - yet there was only 1 set of a cup, plate, bowl. Very little English if any in the room, understandable as I think the most guests are Japanese. Neither of these aspects were a problem.

for staying your beside a mall were you could get bits and pieces and something to eat at and if you were like me it was only place to sleep an get washed so suited well bolt and grab helped on getting about

My first stay in Sri Racha and Im happy with this hotel. The room is minimal style but sufficient. Nice staffs. Near by Central Sriracha (you can stop here if you take the bus from Ekkamai Bkk), Mum Aroi (Famous seafood restaurant), Family mart downstair, other cute cafes are managable by walk, grab bike and win motobike. Pricing depends in season but mine is ave 1100 baht / night is reasonable.

Only problem is my tower does not smell fresh.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in, everything is professionally done with attention to detail. The extra money for a room with a sea view was well worth it. Location is fantastic with the large Central Si Rocha shopping mall close by, and many good restaurants and a park too.

Everything was fantastic

We went to attend the event at Central Sriracha. The hotel is right next to it. Very convenient to enter the mall through the small gate behind the hotel. There were also several good seafood restaurants in the area with yummy food, good view and reasonable price.

Sometimes there’s a bad smell coming out of the drain inside the bathroom but just for a short while.

Location is closed to Central department store, restaurant and convenient store. Staff is very kind and helpful.

Had requested to change room that gave after check-in due to there was quite frequent cough sound from the room next to us. After changing to new room, we were very happy. It met our expectation.
