The room is spacious and very clean, there is a big outdoor patio with chairs that is very confortable. The area is quiet and with a local feel, walking distance to restaurants, bars and stores, The owner is friendly, the views of the third floor are nice and the breakfast nice. We travel with a dog and it worked very well.

The day we got to the hotel the pool was dirty, and the folowing days the pool was being cleaned, but still not usable on my stay time. I was looking forward to refresh at the pool, but it was ready the day that I was leaving, so i could not use it, it was disappointing. The wi-fi was not working in the room, it was suggested that if we need wi fi to go to the third floor area, but we did not try it.

It was lovely to sit out on the terrace and watch the world go by, excellent swimming pool, style and size of rooms, good tea/coffee making facilities. Lovely ancillary staff. Manager Luke was able to offer helpful tips when approached about local services.

We had an excellent stay. Being picky but it Might be handy to have a sheet with local services such as laundry, scooter hire, taxi (even its grab), local restaurants and how to vist the sukathai historic park if you didn't want to explore it via bike. Hotel info sheet in English/French and Thai with WiFi password, restaurant opening, fire escape route,

We had a clean and spacious room for our family of 5 (it has been rare to find places that accommodate pur fanily of 5 in 1 room). The pool was great and much needed after a hot day exploring the area. The rooftop terrace was a nice place to have breakfast. Need to call a taxi/Grab to get to the historical area, but this is easy enough to do. We also just spent some time relaxing on the property and walking to a nearby night market festival. Luc was very friendly and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. We also just enjoyed chatting with him. The place accommodated our early breakfast needs before we headed off to the airport. We highly recommend this place to stay with kids!

I decided to relax a few days on my three month journey. I got over-templed and wanted to see nothing more for a few days. If you‘re a walker like me, Baan Georges might be a little off, unless you rent a vehicle. I also decided to extend my Visa in Sukhothai, which put aside the buzz of a big city. I asked Luc, the owner, a guy from Belgium, fluid in german and english, if he could order me a cab for the other day. You know what? He brought me himself there. What a guy! The immigration office was supereasy! 15 minutes and out we were. The two ladies at BG were attentive, the rooms are nothing short but luxurious! I sunbathed, swam in the pool more than often, chilled on my terrasse, enjoyed breakfast on the roof (the view!) and strolled around the city. Again, Sukhothai not my #1 place to go, but for regeneration and office issues, i cannot recommend Baan Georges more!

Swimming pool. Large room with terrace. Good breakfast. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Very friendly staff and owner. We were lucky because we were during the festival of light. A successful stay.

The building is probably slowly becoming suitable for renovation. It is apparent that there are already areas that should be renovated, but it was very pleasant to stay there. Quite far from the old town, but it's actually not a problem, for a small fee, you will arrive by Tuk Tuk.

The breakfast was very good It was a nice quiet location in the New Sukhothai city. The room was spacious and clean. There was a nice pool there too. The most amazing thing about it was the owner and his partner. Luke provided good information about anything we needed to know and even provided a ride to some major attractions. Had a coffee and lunch with him on the way back. Was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Not a MAJOR dislike, but the male owner, Luc, was ok but seemed more focused on chatting to younger groups and couples, as at breakfast time etc. His Thai wife & a Thai lady assistant chatted far more with my (also Thai) lady partner than the owner tried to do with myself, although I understand he can speak several languages including English. My native language is English (I'm from England), btw. Maybe it was my - 60 years - age, lol... 🤔

Beautiful swimming pool, and well looked after house. Location was close to main street with amazing chocolate Roti cart just down the road. The breakfast was fantastic, freshly baked bread, and generous helpings of everything. Luc was a very friendly host, he gave us excellent recommendations for places to see and eat, and he took our kids to visit his pet goats. We stayed an extra night in Sukhothai because we loved it so much here!!

The pool, the breakfast, the family owned property, the owner came to pick us up at the bus station because there was no cars when we arrived (Loy Krathong festival). Just perfect & relaxing. If you walk to the main strip make sure to eat at “a million delicious meals” that place is to die for!!

This beautiful hotel is located at a nice spot in Sukhothai. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We had an really large blacony where we could watch an amazing sunset! The swimming pool is large and comfortable. Breakfast was included and there was enough choice for us. The host Luc and his colleague are really friendly and gave good recommendations for our trip. Luc even took us to the bus station on the day we had to leave.
