The resort has independent modern bungalows. Our room was spacious and clean. It was comfortable and we enjoyed our 3-day stay. When the AC was on, it was noisy. But during our stay, in December, the weather was not too hot, so there was no need to have the air condition on all the time. The peacefulness of the resort. It is located in the centre of the New Sukhothai just 100 metres away from the main street. Restaurants and 7-Eleven are very close to the resort. The bus station is 15/20 minutes on foot. The WiFi was good. I work online and I use Zoom and Google Meet for conference calls. The internet speed was around 90 Mbps for download and upload.

In the room and in the bathroom we found handmade air fresheners: pieces of sponge soaked in perfume in a plastic bottle. I want to be honest: I found it disgusting. It is toxic and there is no need of it! It was a bit dirty around the swimming pool because there were too many pigeons flying on and around the pool. The lady at the reception speaks very little English. We felt there was no communication. Tips for travellers: Sukhothai is a city full of stray dogs. The problem is that you never know how a stray dog behaves and most of the time they get together in pack. So, be aware and do not walk alone at night!

Excellent service, location and staff. We were welcomed extremely kindly and helpful. Very nice room, large and very clean. Location super central and convenient to all points of interest. But the highest score is certainly due to the helpfulness and competence of the staff (especially the receptionist!) who helped us a lot, even translating and writing for us a note containing all the allergies - note that is still "saving our lives" in other cities in Thailand (thank you!).

Nice and welcoming staff, big private room. Quiet and peaceful place with 24/7 pool. Nearby cafe for breakfast and cocktail bar. The night market is close and can be reached on foot. Its near the bus stop for the ancient city.

The city center location is 15 min away by car to the old city but easily reachable

There was a nice pool. It is pretty much for adults as it is too deep for small children to stand up without an adult to hold them. With me helping her, our 5-year old enjoyed it. The room was clean and pleasant and had a refrigerator and hot-water maker. Breakfast was OK, and they make a pretty good coffee in the morning. There is a 7-11 very nearby and it is just off the road to old Suhkhothai.

I would have liked a massage, but they don't have a designated massage room right now. They will send a masseuse to the room, though. I didn't try it though as I would rather go to a separate room for that.

Although unusually firm, the bed was actually extremely comfortable. The position of the hotel was perfect for me.

Lots of small problems which were eventually dealt with, but these could have been resolved without my intervention.

Good location! and I feel at home. People working there were so nice. Various kinds of breakfast are available.

Deplorable service at the reception ! No one when I got there end of afternoon, Visa payment out of whack, had to pay cash, a kind and smiling lady at the reception but whatever the question, only smiles and excuses... Be careful the mosquitoes at night. Too expensive in relation to the poor service.
