Motorbike hire at properly was nice for a morning run before conditioning my journey. 350bhat/ £8 day. Would let me hire for only the morning at £4 though. Still enjoyed my run. Hotel drove be to Surat Thani train station phen phin for 200bhat. I was happy, nice journey in back of truck. Picked up at 7pm from local airport, included in room price, I was happy with this, as just wanted to settle somewhere early. Harldy speak any English, however but managed to communicate and bargain with google translate. Got airport transfer up, nice small potion meal, fries and large beer, and 4 hour motorbike ride in morning for about 1350bhat. Enjoyed my night and morning.

Lovely room with great Aircon, soap, free coffee and crackers. We got a kettle and a fridge in our room too which is always lovely. Also had free breakfast too, it was toast and an egg which isn't anything fancy but it's fuel before the day.

This really is an airport hotel. It's in the middle of nowhere on a main road, but that was my fault for not checking. We ordered dinner here and it wasn't anything special. Other than that very happy with our stay.

The place is close to the airport. The staff were very friendly. I asked if they had fruits to sell and they gave me free bananas which was very much appreciated. The room clean and very comfortable. They have free crackers and coffee and also some board games. The food in the restaurant was ok. The offer free shuttle to the airport as well. For the price is a hidden gem!

We found bed bugs so probably the mattress it’s not clean frequently.

The receptionists were very friendly, happy and booked my onwards travel for me! They had free water, tea and coffee and onsite restaurant facilities. They provided a free pick up from the airport, which was great! The bed was very solid, which seems to be the norm in Thailand! The bed had beautiful netting around it, a very handy reading lamp nearby and I appreciated the fridge in the room.

My bed was clean, as was the toilet, but there were so many little flies. I had to flick them off the bed and didn't use the shower due to the bugs.

For the price, this property was excellent value. Very clean, efficient staff, wonderful shower. A fine place, great value, with great WiFi. Comfortable mattress, clean and cold mini fridge. Basic breakfast for free!

Nothing, really. Exceeds the condition of almost all low cost Thai hotels by far. And I'm pretty much an expert in that category.

I had an absolutely fantastic time at this incredible hotel! The staff was not only incredibly friendly but also very accommodating. A standout feature for me was their convenience in selling ferry tickets to Koh Tao and other islands, making travel arrangements an absolute breeze. I thoroughly enjoyed the adorable and delicious restaurants within the hotel, and the fact that they stay open late at night is an added bonus.

Staff were super friendly, they can help you organise transfer to Koh Phangan. The facilities were great, there was a restaurant in the hostel that had very good options and was open when we arrived late at night. They also provide coffee and crackers for free. The room was clean and super comfy with a fridge and TV and great AC. Great value for money. Location is good if you're planning to stay overnight and have onward travel from the airport but otherwise it's far from the centre. They offer free pick up and drop off to the airport too.

Simple, clean and comfortable. I had a great night of sleep before taking my flight early morning. The free shuttle to and from the airport makes this hotel the best option around. I also liked the food there, diner was good, delicious pad kra pao. Breakfast was included on the price.

My score for the hotel is an ‘8’ overall but it was a mixed bag - they give free crackers and coffee and, most importantly, 3 times a day they offer an airport drop off.

The staff weren’t that friendly. the air conditioning was a horror - it was either arctic blasts or suffocating heat. In addition, the hotel is near a main road, so you may need ear plugs.
