1. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to help take care of me when I got sick (food poisoning). They provided me with extra water, made some broth soup with rice, and they bought paracetamol and ORS for me. They made it easy for us to book 2 extra nights with them, which I needed to get over the illness. They checked up on me regularly through WhatsApp. 2. Beautiful design. 3. Comfortable beds. 4. Good transport options. We paid 2800 THB for 2 people from Kamala, Phuket to MEET in Surat Thani. 5. Location is excellent to get to the airport. 6. Delicious food at the restaurant and enough meal options. 7. Quick response through WhatsApp. 8. Good AC.

1. The location is not ideal if you want to access convenience stores or other shops (e.g. massage). 2. Minor detail, but I would have preferred to organise transport and have a formal confirmation of transport service through Booking.com than through WhatsApp.

Meet Boutique Resort is located approximately 1.5 kms from Surat Thani International Airport making it a very good choice for an overnight stay before or after a flight. The reception staff were friendly and informative and the room was a good size. Aircon cooled the room efficiently and the tv had a few channels for western tastes. Not that it was a minus but it was unusual to find the hand basin in the room. The bathroom, although small, provided a toilet and a warm shower. Surrounds were kept neat and tidy and the pool looked inviting. Meals and breakfast were available in the attached restaurant and were good quality and reasonably priced. Coffee was good.

The rooms could do with a refresh such as filling in small holes from decor changes and a fresh paint job to brighten things up. One section of the ceiling in the restaurant has suffered water damage at some time. Although this appears to have been rectified externally, the interior needs repair as it is unsightly and detracts from the overall ambience.

We stayed here for a quick overnight as we arrived into Surat Thani airport and needed to go to Khao Sok National Park the next day so it was great to spend a day relaxing in between all the travel. We loved the pool area, it was great to sit out in the sun during the day. The food in the restaurant was amazing, some of the best food we had on our trip. The drinks were beautifully decorated and also tasted delicious. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It is the perfect hotel if you plan to spend a day sitting by the pool and stay in one place.

There were a lot of ants in our room and we had two pet lizards who must have gotten in while the room was being cleaned before we had arrived. The nearest 7/11 is about 20 minutes walk away and you can't really call a taxi as it is quite a remote area.

Had a great experience staying at MEET. We stayed here for 1 night after a late flight into Surat Thani Airport as the hotel is so close. We tried to get a Grab taxi. However, none of the drivers would accept the short journey. I rang the reception to tell them we were having trouble with transport and they kindly offered to pick us up for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend booking an airport transfer with them in advance. The rooms were clean and had all the facilities you need. There is a cafe on site that serves delicious coffee. If I am ever back in the area, I will definitely consider staying here again.

- room was modern and clean - best mattress and pillows I had in Thailand - great aircon & wifi - great location near airport for a rest day - on-site cafe was fab - staff are super friendly - pool towels are provided- great haven for price

- pool facilities are a little outdated, would benefit from new pool chairs, good clean of the pool and decking to be looked at. - not many restaurants in area but loved eating at cafe onsite so not an issue for me - please add hand soap for bathrooms for improved guest experience

Our only purpose was to be near to the airport. And it was perfect for this. We would not have stayed there for a holiday. A fancy cafe on site which take cards. Nothing else in walking distance (think there was a local food place next door but was shut when we were there). Hotel organised airport pick up and drop off. Communication was great. Comfy quiet room. Swimming pool.

Couldn’t walk to anywhere bug this didn’t effect us as we were only staying the night.

The staff made you feel very welcome and extremely accommodating to any request that you had. It would appear to be a family run business and that reflects in the way you are treated by all staff. An excellent location for quick access to the airport which the hotel organised a taxi for us for 150 batts which was excellent value. Highly recommend this hotel as a layover before a flight out of the airport . On final point the Pool /Jacuzzi was very welcoming on a hot day.

Could have been upgraded here and there - nothing major perhaps a bit paint .

A mate and I spent a night here while on a cycling trip of southern Thailand. The place was well laid and very open. Allowing us to store our bikes in the room was a bonus and much appreciated from a security perspective. The food was excellent; one of the best Tom Yums and coffees I had on the trip was here.

Finding and accessing the place from the main road via car and bike was a little awkward, the driveway was gravel and bumpy.

Lovely staff who couldn't do enough to help us. The small cafe looked disappointing with only a small menu, but the food was fabulous and plentiful.

Unfortunately the room floor was wooden laminate, totally unsuitable for the climate so was water/heat damaged in several places. This made it uncomfortable underfoot and the door jammed every time you tried to open/close. Also the concrete bedside tables were useless- too small to be of any use and not level so you can't even put a cup on it! No soap provided for use with the wash basin, only in the shower.

Meet Boutique Resort is in a perfect location if you are wanting to fly from Surat Thani. Situated within five minutes from the airport as well as a few minutes from safe car parking it is perfect. The staff were friendly, the bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, good shower and a very nice, cool swimming pool. Everything you need to relax either before or after a flight.
