Pen Ta Hug is about 150 m down a quiet street off a busier road that has abundant food shops, mini marts, laundry shops, and most other things a traveler would need. Some of the staff speak some English, the important thing is they try their best to communicate and will go out of their way to help. The breakfast is mostly Thai but they will scramble eggs and make an omelette for you. Plus they have an expresso coffee maker and I think they serve food during the day. There is a comfortable workspace, which is what we needed.

Reasonable price for room to stay for a night. No coffee in the room but there was a coffee table at the lobby. Breakfast was good, lot of food to fill your empty stomach after a long sleep. Staff were nice and willing to help with smile 😊 on their faces. My friend forgot her sunglasses in the room. They quickly notified us and we got it back. Nice job.

A comfortable modern hotel with good facilities. The breakfast was outstanding. All the staff were charming and always willing and able to assist. The location of the hotel was good, even though at first it appeared to be a long way from the centre. Beds and rooms comfortable so, all in all, a hotel I would recommend.

Liked everything

Breakfast was good but catered to the Thai taste. Location was not revalent to us since we were only there for the night.o

It is an older hotel and doesn’t have an elevator, although it is only 2 stories high. The rooms are Very small and the door has a key lock.

Several parking lots available. Location is great, in the city centre and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops. Breakfast is rather good with different selection from pan fried egg, Vietnamese style noodles, salad and toast bread.

The pillows are too stuffy and not comfortable to my liking. I prefer a flatter, softer pillow. The toilet has no ventilation fan nor windows.

Excellent assistance with a check-in problem we had. Cordial and ever present staff throughout our stay. International buffet breakfast.

Maybe a hook or two in the bathroom would be useful, as a few more clothes hangers, but very minor hints.

Wonderful breakfast, great and considerate staff ,good value for your money.

The water to the shower was inconsistent either too hot or too cold. Trying to figure out the air conditioning was too complicated, so had inconsistent cool air.

Breakfast is excellent. We all love everything about breakfast. We were all surprise but in a very good way. Love to eat everything if we could.

Parking is a little heavy but manageble

Good value for the money. Breakfast was Thai & western.

Just a suggestion, fresh fruits would have been a nice touch to the breakfast option.
