We stayed at the Centara Ubon for the second weekend in a row. We were given a free upgrade and the room was amazing. Spacious and extremely clean room. The hotel is brand new. The pool is great and the gym is okay. The staff are great in all areas of the hotel. We had the evening dinner buffet and there was a huge selection of fresh foods on offer - I would rate the buffet a sure 10 out of 10. We also managed breakfast the next morning and this was also really good. We will definitely stay again in the near future!

We really loved our stay at Centara Ubon, to the point that it is now one of our favourite hotels in Thailand. We stayed twice in a week, with a trip to Laos in between. The hotel happily, and without charge, looked after our suitcases, so we could just take smaller bags for our trip over the border to visit the waterfalls in Pakse Laos. The staff were absolutely lovely and friendly the whole time we were there, always smiling and always helpful. The hotel itself is well designed and very clean. Food and breakfast was also really good. The hotel is also a 5 minute walk to Central Plaza. Fantastic hotel and would highly recommend a stay here if you are in Ubon Ratchathani.

Pool could be bigger, no sun loungers (but can be seen on photos anyway) Strict non-smoking policy, for a smoker it was difficult, no balcony in room, and on 5th floor not possible to smoke at all, had to go down to lobby and walk 50 meters to smoking area, however okay it was not too bad :) I was missing some shelves in the room, we stayed for a week had quite a lot of stuff, there is no wardrobe, just a rack with 4 hangers :( Overall i will come back next time for sure, i recommend this hotel :)

It's a very nice and clean hotel, close to the Central shopping mall and within walking distance from a few restaurants, also the very fancy & popular (and expensiv) "Rocco's". Staff at Centara Ubon is very attentive and well trained., as in all Centara hotels I stayed in. It's smaller than the Centara in Korat but also nicer because I prefer hotels with a more personal approach. The breakfast buffet is excellent and highly recommended. Rooms are perfectly clean, the bed we had was very good and not too hard. Finally, there is a nice pool in the garden, not big but also not too small. with a pool bar. Thankfully, you can have a beer or cocktail here and that's different from the silly no-alcohol-selling policy at Centara Korat.

The location is a downside if you wish to explore the city centre without having you own car. However, it's easy and not expensive to get a taxi from/to the hotel. Modern interior design seems to assume that people like their bathroom sink in the bedroom. I don't. I also prefer toilets in a bathroom, not in a separate "room" with just an opaque glass door which is open at the top.

The hotel is new and in great condition. The rooms are very well appointed. The hotel is right next to Central Ubon which is a great shopping mall with many restaurants, a food court, etc.

Apart from the proximity of Central mall, the hotel is not particularly well placed. There is very little else nearby, other than a main road. However, the hotel can arrange a taxi to take you into the more interesting old part of town. There was a loud karaoke party going on when I arrived in the evening. It is not the quietest hotel. It is also big and so has less of a personal touch compared to some hotels. Overall, however I enjoyed my stay.

The location of the hotel was right next to a shopping mall, so it was ideal as there were many restaurants inside offering a wide range of foods. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were very polite and courteous. We only ate breakfast in the hotel, but it was really nice with many options to choose from.

The only thing I didn't like was that the toilet in the room was too open and I would have preferred something more private.

The best hotel in Ubon Ratchathani. Very clean and new hotel. Modern design. Beautiful swimming pool. The staff are very polite, nice and friendly. Family friendly hotel, provide beautiful crib and bedding for baby. Can request high chair for baby to use. Very comfortable to stay. The food tasted good in the restaurant. Location is good, few minutes walk to Central Plaza.

The variety of food not enough for the breakfast buffet. If the lift and hallway can install air conditioning, it will be perfect.

The location next to Central Plaza was perfect for us. The bedroom was spacious and well designed for comfort and practicality. The 24-hour gym was a welcome bonus, as I used it at 2 am, since I was still functioning on European time.

I would like to have had a cheaper option than the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. The blueberry cheesecake I ate was small, dry, tasteless and over-priced, which put me off trying anything else in the restaurant. We mostly ate outside the hotel.

Everything really good 10/10 very happy! Would totally recommend coming here! And a big shopping mall that has everything just next door !

The double beds are single beds! Only enough room for one person not 2 ! So not sure 🤔 why they call them double! Not a problem because we had 2 beds in our room! Apart from that we were very happy with this place! I still give it a 10/10

Nice modern room. Great food in restaurants and nice wine. Also. Great room service. It nice to sit in terrace outside and order food friendly yet efficient staff. Very close to central plaza if you need shopping. Amazing breakfast. That is why I always stay here

Pool isn’t the best for swimming as it isn’t deep enough for me and gym isn’t the best. But it’s ok for a short stay hotel
