Breakfast was fine - though availability of breads incl. croissants was limited. Parking both in front and in the back was nice. Boutique atmosphere and european style.

Madela menu of e-sarn food was totally wrong and utterly unattractive for a hotel of this nature. With an international clientel, menu could and should be improved to include both Thai and international specialties incl. room service menu. Hardly any customers seen! A simple lunch menu of international and Thai food would be attractive to guests. Rooms facing main road very noisy from traffic. Next time, a quiet room in the back will be requested!

I really liked the smell of the room, the coffee shop downstairs, the staff always greeting me, the room service was really good and friendly as well. And the location was good if you're catching a grab ot driving to a night markets or Sunee shopping mall. I like the healthy juice selection and it felt really relaxing to just sit in the coffee shop and drink coffee.

The wooden doors squeaked a little but not a big issue. Sometimes you'll hear the occasional airplane over head but not a big issue as well. The refrigerator made a knock here and there but I'm sure that's normal. A gym would be really nice.

All of the staff were super friendly and despite the language barrier, they really tried to accommodate us. It's located near the park, museum and is only a short taxi ride (10 mins) from the night market and bus station. The beds are super comfy and the room size is great! Free water in the room and the breakfast is super expansive and included in the price. Highly recommend staying here!

The massage was good however due to the language barrier it was too hard for me and it was quite painful. Equally for a man they push down whilst you're laying on your stomach so it causes pain in the unmentionables!

High attention to detail in the beautiful room decorations. The Family Suite is amazing, feels like a large apartment with kitchen/dining area, living room, a total of 3 large Smart TVs, 4 showers, 4 toilets, 4 bathroom sinks, a master bedroom with king bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and 3 bunk beds. So the suite can sleep 7 people, though we stayed there in family of 4 people. Would be ideal with 5 kids (children, friends) and 2 adults. Breakfast Included was also delicious with choice of one a la carte dish, plus buffet of toast, coffee, cereal, juice, fruit, Thai desserts and fried dough. Large convenient parking space in back of hotel. Friendly, professional staff.

Should add privacy curtains in each of the 2 bathroom hallways. Instead we had to leave one of the bathroom doors open to block the glass door to balcony.

1. The staff at Yuu are genuinely friendly and helpful. 2. Breakfast is fresh, delicious, & prepared quickly every time. 3. The entire hotel is intimate and very clean - much preferred to huge & non-personal. 4. Cleanliness is top notch.

There was nothing I didn't like. While there's no pool or gym, it is close to the park for morning walks and the night markets.

I really liked the character of this hotel. It had a very warm feeling in the room and restaurant/cafe. The decor is very unique and homely. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was new and very good. The breakfast was simple but adequate and then add the options in the cafe and almost everything you need in this one place. The staff were so friendly and helpful also.

Hard to fault it. Maybe the breakfast could be more options.

Hello, First of all, a particular point about the staff who are perfect. Competent, pleasant professionals and a typically Thai kindness. In addition to that, the young women and boys are particularly beautiful. the facilities of the entrance hall with the pastry shop, the tea room and the restaurant room are very pleasant. Bravo you are wonderful ....

The negative point is the room with an unbearable, extremely unpleasant musty smell. I suppose that the latter is rented by booking at an attractive rate but frankly our stay in 2 stages of several days was ruined because of that. I deeply regret it for this establishment...

The room is exceeded my expectations. I booked room no 201 as discribed as 2 bedrooms. one with double bed for 2 person and another one with twin bed + 3 bunk bed. What i didn't know is that there're 4 bathrooms + 4 toilets+ 4 washing basins in the room! Location is very nice. Near many restaurant and super easy to access everything in town. Near the airport and enough parking space. Staff also very attentive through out the stay. Plus i do love their homemade liquid soap and shampoo so much

Beautiful Historic Hotel with recent renovation - very eclectic and full of charm . It was an absolute delight to stay here. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Nothing really - maybe a dresser with drawers in the room - it's better than living out of the suitcase

Everything was fine: Hotel centrally located near the places of interest in Ubon, close enough to the airport for taking the morning flight to Suvarnabhumi, designed with taste, nicely decorated and comfortable room, good breakfast starting a little before 07:00am allowing to have the breakfast before leaving to the airport. The whole staff is polite and helpful. In addition, you can use bicycles for free to visit around.

Nothing to mention, everything was fine.
