Great place, very clean, friendly staff, hot shower that works and it even has a wall and a small step so that you don't put water in the whole place, air conditioning works properly, fridge provided, small balcony inside or outside in front of the door if you want to smoke which is very convenient, awesome cappuccino and other drinks from the small Cafe downstairs.. simply awesome for the reasonable price

Unfriendly staff, some of them anyway. There are actually two buildings, A and B, one much newer and it seems the older one is a worse deal. It’s in a poor Thai neighborhood and the only way, if you don’t have your own transport, is by taxicab. Not expensive but inconvenient.

probably the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. warning: stay away from room A35 as the waterpump room is right above and is very noisy turning on and off irregularly 24/7 (also at night). ear plugs are useless…

The facilities were also well below standard – poorly maintained, outdated, and not as advertised. Overall, a very unpleasant experience and definitely not worth the money.
