Good location for me but maybe to far from udon centre for some. Is only 100 bhat to go to the central area if you use Bolt. The staff are the outstanding part of the hotel, reception always try help with everything they can. Two speak English two don't so you have to pick the right time to raise any issues. I had a long stay so they gave me a spare key fob to keep fridge on all the time which is really useful. Cleaning ladies always available and do the room anytime you ask. They also always do it with a smile. I had a problem with pricing which was an error by booking.com ....the hotel accepted the lower payment I had made and dealt with it directly with booking.com I had a door that would not lock, the owner came within 5 minutes to fix it. The pool is not that big , or deep but is always clean and nice to sit around. There is no breakfast but the hotel always offers toast and hans and a coffee in the morning until around ,10 There is a supermarket next door,can get anything you need. Local market twenty minutes walk so fine for me. Free parking Standard rooms have a small terrace on the shaded side of the hotel. Great value for money

The rooms are not small, but not big,lol Fairly average. Furniture is a little dated but everything works which is the main thing

The property is very clean with nice pool it is very clean and friendly most days I had the pool to myself got a little more busy at weekends you get free toast and jam and coffee in morning no butter but he it is free shame no tea but brought my own tea bags so no problem there is a lotus supermarket 50 metre from the resort I will stay here again.

The hotel is quite far away from town centre so you can get a grab for 90 bhat each way or I rented scooter from town centre shame resort does not rent scooters as that would make life easier

I really recommend this place. It was very clean, comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. The salt water pool is very healthy

The refrigerator is connected to the key automatic switch so when you leave the room and take the key out of the key holder the refrigerator turns off. The staff loaned me another piece of plastic I could put in to keep the refrigerator going but they asked me not to Keep the air conditioner on. For a hotel I consider this a construction mistake. The refrigerator should always be connected to a non-switchable outlet

I would recommend to anybody. I stayed in that hotel for one week vacation; i would stay there again. The quality provided for the price is above expectations. The cherry on the cake: you have a Lotus general store next door, for food and basics needs, located 100 yards from the hotel open until midnight. I am an American citizen, by the way.

Nice room just like the pictures. Decent size, nice balcony pool was good. Free coffee and toast for breakfast. Lotus Fresh ( Tesco ) next door

A bit far from Udon if you don’t have transport but you can always use Grab to get into town

I stayed here for one night with my family everything is good and specially swimming pool is excellent hotel reception attitude is also very polite and i recommend for others

Location is difficult with out transportation it’s halfway up Avery steep hill, we never managed to Get a breakfast in our 4 weeks stay,beware of the hidden electricity bill when leaving,ours was1790bah
