The staff were so helpful and friendly and met all our needs. The rooms were clean and tidy and had everything you needed and the beds were very comfortable too. They had a spa there too, it was basic but the staff there were amazing and the hamam and massage was very good. Location for what we needed was excellent as we needed to be by the horse riding school which was only 15 mins away. The food was very tasty too breakfasts had everything you needed. I would highly recommend staying here if you were staying for a few days / nights. The shopping malls are located very close too.

It's not that I didn't like it as the food was very tasty, the only problem was that the breakfast was sometimes cold, and we asked them to heat it up. As I said it wasn't a big problem as they were happy to help.

Staff, as always in Turkey, were friendly. Slept well which surprised me as the mattress was very firm. Breakfast was ok

Getting an electric shock from the hairdryer, one bedside light hanging loose and not working, entrance light to room not working, restaurant extremely limited menu with only ONE choice on Sunday night!

burnt out light bulbs, too few sockets, some broken equipment, a lot of noise at night, non-insulated windows, the air conditioner heats only when set to 29 degrees Celsius.
