Front desk employee Damla was extremely competent. In fact, I was planning on giving this hotel a rating of 8 but am giving a 10 because of her. Her professionalism and mastery of English saved our trip to Adana! We were having trouble figuring things out on our own. She was able to arrange a taxi excursion for us that would have been a nightmare to try to set up by ourselves. Her restaurant suggestions, etc. were very helpful. It is unusual to find staff like this young lady, who can function as a high level concierge that you would find in a 5 star hotel. Also, excellent breakfast, good location.

Lovely hotel. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows had a good night's rest. The location is just excellent. Got to see a lot. Everything within walking distances. The staff were all polite and friendly. I would more than likely choose to stay here again if visiting Adana.

The lack of English speaking staff. Even tho we had a slight communication problem it didn't affect our stay. The musk of cigarettes in the rooms. For non smokers it may be a slight nuisance. I suggest they should have smoking/non smoking rooms.

Liked everything about the property. Very light, airy spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Bathrooms were very big and spacious too. Very pleased.

Their restaurant food wasn’t very good. The cheese burgers patties were still half frozen despite being extremely thin. And their menemen was too spicy for breakfast!

The deluxe family room was amazing had everything we needed was very clean and spacious breakfast was great lots of choice and dining room was clean and light

Nothing I enjoyed my entire stay and will be booking again next year

Everything was perfect

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We ate everyday at the hotel and enjoyed every meal, the waiters were so nice. The room was gorgeous, my favorite hotel room I have ever stayed in by far. The lighting in the room was amazing!! The bathroom was fantastic had a jacuzzi bath and a really nice shower. The cleaning staff did a great job and the door man was so friendly helped us bring our bags to our rooms and to and from our car. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Adana! Thank you for a great holiday.

The location was great. The rooms are white spacious, with special places for luggage wich was lovely.

They had limited options for fruits, bread or prepared food (such as omelette) at the breakfast. However, a rich variety of cheese was available each morning.
