We stopped at this hotel on our way to Antalya, and it truly felt like an oasis of luxury and comfort in the middle of a typical Turkish town. The facilities are excellent: spacious rooms, large comfortable beds, high-quality bathroom amenities, and a balcony perfect for relaxing in the evening. The staff were absolutely outstanding – they went above and beyond to fulfill every request and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The restaurant is beautiful and spotless. In the evening, we were given the option to have dinner in our room, but we asked if we could dine by the pool instead, where there was a cozy lounge area with a swing and comfy armchairs. The staff immediately arranged everything for us, even lighting candles to create a romantic and peaceful atmosphere. With such an exceptional room, warm hospitality, a refreshing swim in the pool, and a special dinner after a long journey, what was meant to be just a one-night stop turned into a wonderful holiday evening. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, offering cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables, eggs and omelets, pastries, cereals, fresh fruits, juices, coffee, and tea. All in all, I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this experience truly deserved one. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stopover on this route or for those traveling on business in the area. A solid 10/10 from us!

During a recent trip, I stayed at Hotel Bonvie and I must say, it exceeded expectations. While photos are often polished to perfection, this place truly lives up to the hype. From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming.The rooms are modern, spacious, and well maintained with no visible flaws. The AC worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortable, and the bathroom felt luxurious equipped with seemingly underfloor heating. Compared to other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at, this one stands out for its attention to detail and value for money. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

clean and wide rooms and breakfast

No drawers in the room .Customers need 3 to 4 drawers .This can be added easily. Breakfast: Juices put in the window where there is sun light.Change the place to a cool one. Shuttle to lake Sapanca: say every 60 to 90 minutes from 10 am to 10 pm.This could be done in co operation with other Hotels....Taxi ask for TL one thousand each way ?!

One of the best hotels in Sakarya. The staff is very helpful and kind, who speak fluent English. The room is clean, the atmosphere is amazing, there’s a café/restaurant inside it where you can have your meals, and the food was good too. Parking areas are available in front of the hotel and at the back. Highly recommend it Huge thanks to receptionist Mustafa for his continuous help and positive attitude 🌹

Our stay was even better than we expected! The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the service exceeded our expectations. It’s honestly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Every cent spent was absolutely worth it – highly recommended!

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a big group of us here for a wedding and they accommodated us so well. We had rooms close together as requested and they served us food and drinks at odd hours. The rooms are lovely, with very big comfortable beds. The pool and pool area were great for us to meet up and they were happy to serve us pizzas by the pool. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was good and very reasonable. There is plenty of parking.

Location very convenient to move around the city by car or walking distance downtown, nice big room with double bed, nice bathroom and easy to access.

Breakfast could be better, no good coffee though, extra coffee under payment, bathroom had only shower without hand shower, no door and water splashed all over!!!

The hotel is quite recently made with modern style. Rooms are wide and clean. Though we didn't have time to use, indoor facilities are quite good. Restaurant and bar is very convenient and the breakfast was sufficient both in terms of taste and choices. Front desk staff was very helpful, helping with our requests in a very constructive and friendly manner

Rooms are getting considerable amount of sound from the corridors, mostly because of tourists from a specific region where they don't care about the others culturally. This is something that you have to experience in every hotel near Sapanca, I guess... There were two staff in the restaurant during breakfast one being super helpful and kind and the other was spending his time looking at his phone

The location of the property was amazing, only a short drive or taxi ride to the city centre. The hotel is very new and is in a perfect condition in terms of rooms, facilities and cleanliness. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful all along. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!
